Walking through the borders of a Mountain Territory, Raven glanced from tree to tree. It put his nerves on edge, no one was here. The wolf growled lowly, his muscles rippled through his thick hide, his abnormal pale eyes were cold. Even if he was a loner, Raven showed no fear. Another pack's territory does not bother me. His thoughts snarled. And prey is scarce enough as it is. His ears flicked forward to the sounds of paws, but luckily there was a few shrubs and a large tree there to hide Raven. At least until the pack member passed. It was not fear but anxiety that prickled his dark silver fur. "I swear if you come any closer..." The wolf whispered darkly under his breath.

Unknowingly, Akuma had passed by what, in his book, was considered a threat. He had thought he had smelled a different scent than the musky scent of leaves and moss, but had tossed it aside. The loner watched eagerly from the distance. This new wolf was built well, not too tall but well nourished. From the looks of his posture, I am guessing he is one of the higher ranking members. Raven narrowed his crystal white eyes. Better keep a low profile. And though his scent was thin, Raven could tell this wolf was getting the hint. At any time, he was ready to strike. He himself was very well built, but taller. Not as well nourished but he would handle that. I hope I can sneek by unnoticed. Eclipse wrinkled his muzzle in disgust at the idea.
