Olson barked, "You were running from something, then you just passed out."

Sunset frowned, "Are you alright?" She licked his cheek and laid next to him.

Jake sighed, "Howl for me if there is another problem. I'm gonna go check Dawn's paw now." He walked towards the pup. Dawn looked at Cotton and said, "Hold on." She looked up at Jake, "My paw healed months ago, what do you need?" He smiled, "I just gotta look at it, it may have healed but it is still weak and it can fracture again." Jake crouched down and inspected the paw, "You are good to go."

Sunset felt a pinch of pain in her stomach that was painful enough for her to say, "Ouch!"

"No Problem." He said. Olson realized was happening and stepped back, this was not something he wanted to be near.

Sunset winced as she felt more pain, this was not what she expected to happen. She dug her claws in the dirt, her breathing becoming heavy. Dawn rushed over to her mom, "Mom... What is happening?"

Jake ran over and said, "She is having her pups, go into the cave, this is not something you'll want to see." He sat down and called, "Jess!! Sunset is having her pups bring the supplies!" He stroked the wolf murmuring kind words, "It'll be alright, relax."

Jake said, "Thank a you. Can you help keeping the pups warm and start to breathe. I'll keep her calm and help her with pain." He reached out and grabbed a stick saying, "Bight on this, take you pain out on it." He set the stick by her muzzle and began stroking her slowly and softly.

Sunset found the strokes soothing, her breathing slowed to normal. She bit the stick so hard her teeth pierced through its thickness, the pain was worse, she could feel a pup was on its way. Jake grabbed another stick and left it by her in case a knew one was needed.

Dawn looked at West and Comet, "Do you think she will be all right?" She peered out of the cave, watching her mother and hearing her cries of pain.

"They love us, West. Maybe they thought we would want more siblings, or a little brother or sister. It's not like they automatically don't love us just because they have more pups. Maybe we were growing up so fast, she wanted someone to take care of. We all know one day we won't want their help, we will want to be independent." She barked, licking her brother.

Sunset let out a sigh as the pain left her body, leaving her tired. She laid her head down and mumbled, "What do they look like?" Jake picked her up and said, "We will let ya see once we get you in the cave. Jess knows their gender and how many." He set her down gently.

Sunset smiled when she saw Dawn, West, and Comet. She said weakly, "Come here, I want you to see your knew siblings for the first time with me."

Dawn trotted over quickly, she sat by her mom, giving her a loving lick on the muzzle.

Sunset said, "Hello. I'm so proud to have you guys with me." Her ears lifted as she listened to the conversation between Jess and North. "Can we see them now?" She asked eagerly. Jake set them down, one was a creamy white and another was a warm brown. "They are gorgeous aren't they?" She sighed, looking at all five of her pups. "I have an idea. I will let you three name the brown one. Me and your father will name the white one, ok?" She smiled, looking at North.

Sunset looked at West and said, "Thank you." She turned to North and said, "I was thinking Luna. Anymore ideas?" She licked the pups a few times to make sure they stayed warm and pushed them towards her belly to eat. "Dawn, I'm sure you'll come up with a wonderful name. West and Comet, you should try to give her ideas if you have any at least. "

Jake stood up and said once more, "Howl if ya need me!" He walked out the cave and wrapped his arm around Jess's waste.

"Ooh, Ivy and Skye are cute names!" She said. "Mom, Do you like Skye or Ivy better?"

Sunset paused, "Hmmm, Skye." She looked back at North, wondering what he thought.

"How about we call the brown one Rhea. Any objections?" She barked, glancing from North to her oldest pups. Sunset groomed the pups, making their white and brown fur more soft, dry, and fluffy. "I remember when you guys were like this." She sighed, looking at their size difference.
