Spirit flicked an ear and lifted his head, "sorry, I was just trying to be nice... I don't talk to horses much anymore... Trust issues." He lowered his head, "so sorry."
"I used to be in a herd with my brother, but he never bothered much with me, he never spoke to me nor asked for my assistance."April said,"I can tell you won't be like that."
Spirit listened to her an lifted his head abruptly, his ears pricked, "wow really? I would want you're help any chance I would need it." He said in surprise, "why was your brother like that?" He asked.
"Because there were mares in heat surrounding him, and before that he was all about finding mares."April sighed,"I guess that's a typical lead stallion, but you think he would at least talk to me."
Spirit nodded and sighed, "sadly, I used to be like that... Not anymore though, I made a vow..." He lowered his head in shame, "I'm so ashamed of myself." Then he looked up at her through his mane, "he definitely should've talked to you, you're his sister."
