Knox growled upon hearing her talk back and walk away, but then again he deserved it. He watched her walk before growling loud enough for her to hear,"Then run." He wouldn't give chase unless he had too, but the chase was only to scare her away. He stood tall and watches her walk away, still a slight smirk appeared on his lips.

Jay tilted his head slightly at his reply, thinking for a moment. He had never heard of that breed, or really any for that matter. "So then what am I?" He questioned, not knowing himself. With his tail wagging rapidly behind his small body, he jumped, sliding slightly on his fur as he landed and loosing balance. After wobbling for a few second, he slid off the side of the other dog and landed near his stomach.

Cyris perked her ears slightly at his words, but nothing else in her body language gave away her hidden fear. She continued padding down the road, almost leisurely, and was now around thirty feet in front of him. Glancing over her shoulder to look at him, she again noted that aggravating smirk. "Chase me then," she dared, watching him for a moment, her expression carefully void of any emotion. Turning her head back to the road in front of her, she carefully listened for any movement he might make. Although she didn't think he would really attack her, she wasn't sure, and definitely didn't want him to catch up to her. She wasn't going to take that chance with this brute she didn't know.

"I think you're a Malamute." Axel barked, before the pup crashed into the nearby fae. "I'm sorry, he was just playing." Axel said as he stood up. His black eyes studied both of them, checking for signs of any anger or hostility.

Knox's ears perked up upon hearing her dare, and his smirk grew wider. Within a split second he took off, closing the gap between them. He didn't make much noise except jumping over a fallen trash can. He wasn't running full speed, for he wasn't planning on catching her. Just giving the chase that she wanted, and maybe even a score on her. His icy blue gaze was tune set on her, waiting for her to take off running. Though he wasn't a hunter, he did enjoy the chase.

His name wasn't 'Bravo', and Elias has to take a moment to recognize that it is a congratulations rather than a word that is supposed to mean him. The male nods, "Thanks, " is spoken after dropping the kill and taking a seat. His ribs are showing, a large dog needs alot of food - food which isn't at paw, besides, the kid gets half his portions. A wide smile covers his face a long moment and then he thumps his tail in a returning wag against the grassy ground. "I'm Elias;" he tells her in that strange storm-like voice of his, green eyes twinkling. "And you are Aurora. What brings you over here?" it is only then that the mutt realizes he may have taken her breakfast.

Aurora flashed him a shy smile, before turning her head back at the flowers. "This is my favorite place. It's really the only place that hasn't been ruined," she said softly before turning her soft crystal blue gaze back on Elias. A soft chuckle escaped her maw,"I also know who you are." Her white tail wagged slightly, showing that she wasn't upset in anyway, and her body posture was friendly.

Jay made a small yip of surprise as he collided into something, jumping to his paws and turning in that direction. He dipped his head down as he realized it was another dog and took a few timid steps backwards until he was next to Axel's side.

Cyris didn't notice when he first took off and only heard him as he landed. Without looking back she started running herself, her long legs keeping him behind her. Although she would normally be much faster, she hadn't eaten in quite some time, which slowed her down some. As for his current condition, she had no idea though he appeared healthy enough. However, his longer fur covered his build. She had also lost some time not running right away, so even without looking she could tell from the sound of his paws steadily hitting the pavement that he was right behind her. After glancing around, she turned the corner to another road at the last moment, almost hitting the crumbling structure of a convenient store while doing so. The fae glanced back as she continued to run, checking to see if the male had turned in time. A slight grin was set on her features, her eyes sparkling with amusement. Even as she treated it like a game, she still knew the dangers that could come into play if the other canine was genuinely chasing to attack.

Knox kicked up his speed as Cyris turned the corner. He ran into the building but pushed off with his paws, so he didn't hurt himself as much. He saw a smile appear on her face which caused him to smirk. The greyhound apparently thought that he was going to chase her forever, and always be behind her. He continued to chase after until they reached a side street. Knox disappeared from Cyris's view and bolted down the street. The mix turned a sharp right and appeared once again right in front of Cyris.

Cyris continued running with the same speed, unsure how long she would have to keep it up. Although she was quite fast, she wasn't the best with endurance. The next time that she looked back, he was gone, which worried her. Her smile quickly disappeared, replaced by confusion. She didn't know the area, so had no idea where where he could have possibly gone. Inside one of the buildings she guessed, as she doubted he had just gave up and left. Slowing just slightly, she turned her head back forward, to almost collide with Knox. She stopped as soon as she could, but the momentum kept her going forward a few more yards and she almost slid right into him as she fell on her backside. After hiding her perplexed expression, Cyris eyed him, making no move to get up. "Congrats, you win, someone give him his prize." The fae spoke sarcastically, waiting to see what he would do. She knew that if she took off running, he could simply pounce on her with the proximity. Cyris could fell her heart beating in her chest as she stayed perfectly still, her fright again guarded so it couldn't be seen.
