She finally halted, slightly tired from running. She didn't have the best stamina and endurance. Her tail whipped behind her, spreading her heat scent. She winced in distress; he'd probably want to mate with her now. But no way was she about to bear his foal.

Ash scented Zorin, but knew he was no threat. She nuzzled Pozar as if to tell him Zorin was safe, she could tell.
She swished away some flies with her tail, spreading the heat scent as well, and coughed. It was getting cold.

Zprin smelled the heat scent from both mares, but resisted the urge to run to them. He turned his head away. Zorin wasn't feeling like fighting. He waded into the watering hole and drank. He never drank from the edge, maybe he was scared of falling in. He himself didn't know.

Comet could smell her heat scent. He knew from her behavior she wouldn't let him mate with her. He quivered controlling himself and tried ignoring the scent of her which wasn't going so well.

Ash trotted into the woods, where some grass grew. She didn't know it, but she was near Comet, Zorin, and Senja. She bent down and began to graze. No bears were nearby this time, luckily.

Abigail raced around. She bucked up her heels like a filly. She raced to the watering hole. She caught the smell of other horses and nickered.

Cavalia stared at everything as if it had all went into chaos. He looked Dahlia and the other mare. "Lets go to the cave."

Zorin turned his head. He smelled a third horse's heat scent. He craned his neck to see Abigail. Neighing hello, he trotted out of the shadows proudly, his red and white coat gleaming.
