Solitude:
Her large, sodden white paws mashed into the mud lying below the transparent water, her already-dirt caked nails gaining more and more mud by the second. Her eyes closed, a satisfied sigh escaping her nostrils. It wasn't like the old days, when she'd take a walk through the woods, but the ditch in the apartment section was close enough. She sunk deeper and deeper into the liquid, the cold sensation sending satisfied chills down her spine. This had been the best she had felt in a long time. Sol could hear the squeaking of a window struggling to open, and knew it was now time to leave. She jumped out and trotted away from the apartment building, scurrying behind and olive-green dumpster.

Titanium:
His long, crystal white legs stretched out, meeting the ground and rising again. His pinkish red tongue flapped against his cheek as he ran, hearing the frantic yells behind him. Titan lunged, diving into a large puddle from the previous rainy day. The water splattered the two angered dogs behind him, postponing their chances on capturing the brute. He continued to run, slipping behind a large plastic trash can outside of a tall building. he sunk behind it, watching the two frantically scan the area for any signs of him.
