The shivering mare looked around at all the others. Knowing that there were others here who seemed to be alright reassured her, but she was still wary. She missed her old friends, the wolves who had saved her, but she knew she couldn't return to them, it wasn't right. She looked up at Inferno "T-thank you for saving me" she murmured quietly, her gaze fixed on the ground. She laid down by the wall of the cave, not too far away from the other mares. She knew they would all probably stare and not accept her, nobody ever did, but she didn't mind too much.

The stallions sighed deeply and laid his head down beside hers, his dark eyes were gentle once more and he closed them slowly though his ears were alert for any danger. He would be willing to put his life on the line for his new friend. A gentle humming sounded in his throat, a lullaby

cloud he looked at edge "you go to sleep, i take the first watch" he said kindly, cloud liked making new friends, and hoped they would become obsesed over dee. He gently rested his head on dees back hoping to help keep her warm. he keept his eyes wide open to keep watch.

He pricked his ears as he heard what Cloud had said and he nodded his head "Thanks" he nickered. He didn't mind this stallion, he seemed kind enough and he only wanted the same thing that Edge did, to keep Dee safe and happy. The tall stallion fell asleep slowly, his ears resting back against his head as he dozed off.

Broken nosed Harmony's mane protectivley, watching the other stallion. He had to admit though..he was impressed with the other stallion, not many younger can put up a fight. IF it wasn't for Kennedy, he was sure that maybe himself wouldn't last. Lucky would grow into a very prosperous stallion,

Lucky's heart almost leaped into his throat as he heard Harmony and Broken behind him. He turned around to face them, his sides still heaving slightly from the shock. He backed away a couple of steps for his own space. "N-nothing. I didn't see you there," Lucky Sprint replied, looking over his shoulder cautiously to check if the dreadful mare was behind him. Then he looked back at the pair, and he narrowed his eyes at Broken, although he was out of the mood to attack now.

The golden coloured mare still appeared concerned, although she wasn't too fond of the fact that this stallion had caused harm to Broken, she had a good heart and could see that something was wrong. She glanced over at the mares he had been talking to before "Are you hiding from them?" she asked curiously, staying close beside Broken.

Lucky shook his shaggy mane. "No, only one of them. The one that just came," Luck replied speedily. He took one more glance over his shoulder, although the mares were still far away. {Writers Block, I'm overexcited.}

She looked over at the other mares "Oh, I see. Why are you hiding from her? I thought you wanted some mares" she reminded him. How could he forget trying to snake her around 10 minutes ago. She didn't yet understand why a stallion would see the need to hide from mares, wasn't in normally the other way around? But she wouldn't judge until she had an answer.

Lucky sighed, a white mist occuring around his nose and mouth. "She hates nearly everything. Especially stallions. She's also over-protective, and Kennedy is her companion," Luck explained in notes.

The little golden mare snorted slightly "I'll never understand mares like that" she nickered gently. "They don't even give some stallions a chance" she shrugged and looked back at Broken, smiling at the stallion. She shook out her long creamy mane and blinked "So, I take it you and her know each other then" she guessed.

Zaria; Mare; Not In-Heat; Loner

With the another mare who had just appeared out of nowhere, leading the mare and foal off I felt no reason to follow as I had my own home. Walking back to my little secluded valley was more tedious this time as the snow had really taken to just pile down. I had my nose low to the ground to see if I could sniff anything, but all I got was a cold nose. So with a snort I look around, the weather seems to only be getting worse. I looked behind me then start to trudge through the snow where I new there were a small group of trees close together, the snow wouldn't be as high. There was a small layer of snow, but nothing I couldn't scrape off, and when I had, I laid down nesting my head near the tree. Now was the time I wished I had a herd for their warmth and protection, but I didn't, only me.
