Trutsky looked up with wide eyes. "I'm fine!" he said, quickly standing up. "I'm Trutsky. I'm... I'm alone." He peered at Calypso, curious. He'd never seen another cub before. "Who are you?" he asked, cocking his head to the side. His cream tail waved from side to side, his blue-gray eyes wide.

[lonely.silence]

Keelin groomed her fur back into place blood staining her paws and muzzle. She had finally had a successful hunt after finding a wounded badger. She usually didn't like badgers but she never gave up a chance at such easy prey as something wounded. She finally got all of the blood from her fur and gazed around with her amber eyes. She thought she had heard a yowl but figured she must've imagined it. She picked up the remainder of the badger carcass and hoisted it into a tree that looked like it will do ok in hiding her prey. When she was satisfied the carcass would be safe she leaped gently from the tree branch landing in the soft snow with a suppressed thud.

Luhua hissed as the deer heard the yowl, sprinting off with quick bounces. Black spotted tail lashing, the skinny female's cyan laced eyes glared around the woods, before heading out, her paws heavy and her stomach empty. Looking up at the steep climb before her, the Leopard just collapsed on her side, snow seeping to her bones, chilling her insides. She was just ready to give up honeslty, but decided to just take a rest, she didn't want to be weak for Forster and join him.

Sheik suddenly froze. He heard a thump, like someone had fallen. He looked at the steep little hill/cliff he was by. No one else had come up here and fallen...curious, he peered over the edge and saw another leopard. He pricked his ears, eyes widening. He was too kind to leave another to freeze to death, so he made his way down to her carefully

At the sound of pawsteps, Luhua skittered to her paws, ears flattening to reveal the white spot on the back of her ears. The scent of the male hit her, and she hissed, claws sliding out, crouching down to pounce. The female lashed her skinny tail, watching the male make his way down with a sharp gaze.

Once he was down, he pricked his ears, lowering his head in a non-threatening way. He looked at her, but not directly into her eyes, were he could accidentally challenge her. "No need to be aggressive, i come in peace." he made sure he never appeared threatening.

A hiss escaped Luhua's throat, a burning sensation welling in her throat. She missed her mate, even though he had killed her own cub. She had felt safe with him around, and every male reminded her of him. "No males come in peace." she growled, pushing away her thoughts, coming back to the present, of when every male was a threat.

he SITS down, something an aggressive leopard would never do. He still wouldn't look at her directly, and his ears were flattened like a child who just got their toy taken away. "No, i really mean no harm. I just heard you fall, and was wondering if you were OK. I don't have a mean bone in my body, i wouldn't do any harm" he had a nice and truthful tone, hoping she would trust him.

Luhua wouldn't crack at all, it'd take a lot more. Hearing her stomach growl, she hid a wince, knowing it made her seem hungry and weak...Which she was, after four days of no eating of course. "I'm fine. And if I wasn't, I'd be even better." she said, her voice rough and edged with a growl, as she stared at the male.

He noticed her hunger, and realized, she was suffering just like him. He smiled in a cat-ish way, and looked at her kindly, his white eye dull while his amber eye blazed. The burnt flesh in the scar was scabbed and dark, and almost looked black "You are hungry....dont worry, that doesnt make me think you are weak. I have been having the same problem lately. But....-he looked at the blood on his paw. He had killed a large, fat bird earlier, and left it here for safekeeping, then went up the hill. He looked back to the female, then walked over to some rocks, pulling out the fat bloody bird.
