"No.. I was just um... asking when the sun sets..." Echo sniffed a little and rubbed her face.

“Ooh.” Flame said. She swished her tail and glided closer to Echo.

Echo nodded and leaped down to the grassy floor to pick up a large acorn, then crawled back up within a few seconds. "Are you hungry?"

“I am not hungry, but I feel like I want to eat right now.” Flame squeaked, laughing softly and gliding and swooping down the tree branch. “What do you have for dinner?” She asked curiously.

"This tree produces a lot of acorns for some reason, so I might make my home in this tree. Do you like acorns? I might be able to go and find some other nuts if not." She held the acorn right in front of her and cracked the brown top off.

Flame tried the acorn, crunching it slowly. “This tastes good!” She cried.

"I know!" Echo bounced up and down a little on her feet. "My old master never gave me any back when he still had me, but I found one right after I was released! These ones taste especially good!" She picked up a golden-brown one and cracked the top off again, and ate it for herself. She passed one of the golden ones to Flame. "Try it, it's super sweet!"
It seems Echo really likes acorns.

Flame took the golden ascorn, eating it quickly. “Yeah, it’s super sweet indeed.” She said as another golden acorn fell on her head. “What the_?” She squeaked loudly, eating the acorn.
