It Was Pitch black, the moon and stars only. i walked along the cages. being as quiet as possible. i went to wendsdays cage, it was tuesday and i new what happened the day they where caught a week ago. i shivered at the tought. as i got to wendsdays cage, i gave a small whisper, "hey! im here to get you out of here, " i got on my hind legs and got my noze to unhook the hatch, the cage door creeked open. dogs eyes opened in amazement. i silenced them before they could say anything, "do you want us to get cought?! follow me," i said quitetly but in a dominant tone. all of the dogs did as i said as i started to follow them out. then a light turned on, i barked loudly, "NOW NOW NOW! FOLLOW THE SENT TRAIL! NOW NOW NOW!" i howled at them, they all raced out as i went out with them, i hered humans sturring and running outside, but it was to late, wendsdays cage was compleatly empty, its door open,

as we all got to the junkyard i huffed. then i climbed lots of scraps of metal and cars and stood at the top, the moon outlineing my shape. all the dogs looked up as i howled "stay here if you wish, and you can call this your new home! and become a Junkyard dog! and live as you please!"

his years perked up to the sound of his mothers howl, hearing new dogs had arrived. he got up from the old worn out chair with old rotting stuffing he was sitting on and streched. he jumped down. he walked around and cheered for his stepmother. i realized that she was climbing down the scrap pile. i wagged my tail. "Mom i bet you where so cool recuing all of the dogs! where there humans? " i started barking out questions before my mom gave me a small lick imbetween the ears. "i got everyone out of tommorrows cage, basil. why dont you go greet some of the new dogs and tell them whats going on?" she asked him. i smiled and wagged my tail. "alrightly! il be back mom!" he rushed away and looked at all of the new dogs.
