History: She was once a loved dog, her owners cared for her.. and then dumped her on the streets when they moved, she is now a hard working dog that must work for every meal, if she gets a meal that day
Personality: tough, rough female, she does not except people pushing her around, she does not get attached to any particular dog or person, after her owners it ruined her trust. she is all bite, no bark. her words wont tell you she's mad, but the large gashes she has left in multiple dogs will.

The tan she-dog did not really like being too far into the town, finding the pressence of humans, and so many of them at that, extremely nerve-wracking, especially since you couldn't tell the friendly ones from the ones that would grab you and shove you in a tiny metal cage. Shaking her head to clear her thoughts, she prowled into the forrest, perking her floppy ears as she heard the chirping of some sort of bird, a quail perhaps?, and instantly she lowered her body to the ground, her claws sinking into the earth silently as she began to prowl towards it, too into the hunt to notice the male dog and pup just yards away into the trees, not scenting them.

I look up at Midnight, listen intently to his lesson. This is so exciting! It's nice to finally be able to learn something new. Before this, there was never time for anyone to teach me anything. "Poppy! Pay attention!" He barks at me, and I perk up, alert to everything going on again. "Hey.. Do you smell something?" I ask my brother cautiously, sniffing the air. "Is it another dog?"

I'm teaching Poppy how to be aware of her surroundings, and I missed this? How could I have not sensed it sooner? Sniffing the air I find that my younger sister was right, there is another dog nearby. "Poppy, you stay here. I will go check it out." I tell her, and I start towards the stranger that I still can't see, but I can smell. I told Poppy not to come, but she had followed me anyway.

Luca scratched at the butchers back door, this one was always well known for giving good scraps, he let out a small yip and the wooden door swung open.
"Oh hey poochie, did you come for some breakfast?"
Luca waged his tail with excitement, all of the smells of the different meats rolled into one and flowed toward his nose.
"Alright, calm down here you go" The butcher tossed out a turkey bone that still had scrumptious meats sticking to it.
Luca grabbed it in mid flight and with a spring in his step he trotted away, he soon came across the park and he sat down under a bench to enjoy hi savory prize.
He caught a scent of the infamous moon-pack and he involuntary wagged his tail while chewing the now clean bone, her was wondering what the pack was up to today.

The young female crawled out of the trash can, several scraps of old food in her mouth, not enough to fill her up... she wasn't sure she would ever be full, her body was lean, and skinny, her fur matted and even through the thick fur you could see and feel her spine, ribs, and hip bones. She snarled and bared her teeth towards several alley dogs coming her way, they just barked back and walked away. She chomped on her food before walking out into the street, she got kicks out of growling and scaring the little Chihuahua's who thought they were all that. She just had to watch out for their owners calling the pound... she did not want to go back.

I race back to the old abandoned building that my pack calls home with the food in my mouth. Sadly right now my once-strong pack consists of only me and Rocky, but that does mean we have food to spare. We still have some from our last trip for food, but we went for more just to be safe. I go and set the food down in the pile, it's off to a corner in the building. We had debated keeping it in the middle, but keeping it hidden is better. Our camp is decent sized, but not very large. Since this building was once occupied by humans, there are some areas that are marked off by a door. Three to be exact. One of them is my den, the others are for the elders and queens when we have them. Everyone else sleeps in the main area, where we keep the food. It also acts as a social area, pretty much everything occurs there.

Aikita scrounged for food, perking her ears and staying out or reach with the humans as she crawled under benches and parked cars, she was always cautious like this, she did not want the dog catcher to catch her again. She slipped into the shaded alleyway, trash lined the walls as she lowered her head and looked around for food, several dogs growled at her but she snarled at them to shut them up, she clawed at a trashbag. spilling its remnants on th ground.
