{Just curious, do you all have the layout of your replies saved someplace? I'd like to step up the ladder a bit by prettying up my posts... but no idea what to do. Also... just going to magically appear with the other wolves...}

Totum looked at the rest of his pack uncertainly. His stomach was growling... yet the Alpha was interested. He sat back on his haunches, watching as the other wolves around him. His stomach stirred. It was not just the hunger that was making him feel awkward. It was fear, of being let out of the pack... for whatever reason, the night felt rather ominous to him.

[I just keep mine in a textedit file and copy and paste it. I don't know if non-macs have textedit, but word or whatever will work, it's just a little more annoying to get to in my opinion. Somebody else might have a better idea, though!]

After she had her fill she raised her head and noticed Totum. She licked her muzzle and bounded over to him, still with her small limp, and wagged her tail in a friendly greeting. Her head looked back at Stormurinn, noticing he was still eating before turning her head to look at him again. “Why aren't you eating?” she asked, her voice laced with a bit of concern. She had expected him to go right at the meal like her and Stormurinn, she knew he was hungry like the rest of them.

After eating his fill, Stormurinn saw Edmee chatting with the new guy and padded over. "Hey! he said lightly, stepping forward to stand beside the smaller fae, completely unaware that Totum was crushing on her too. "Aren't you hungry?" he asked, pointing with his muzzle to the elk for a second. "Who knows how long that'll last. I could've eaten the whole thing by myself, but I think that wouldn't go down too well. Who knows when we'll see another elk again?" Suddenly, he was impatient to get going. Maybe Ísinn's meeting would be short enough...

"Plus, the sooner you eat, the sooner we get to hear what Ísinn has to say," he added, waggling his tail and rump a bit.

Apocalypse bristled awkwardly. He felt so awkward. He almost regretted saying those words, he wasn't the male that wanted attention from faes all the time. Ugh. "Well, I am the second highest ranked of the pack, so I want to help you all the time. But you need your energy." He lowered his voice. "No need to be so modest." Apocalypse sighed and shook his head, and padded to an elk. His jaws watered; elk was his favorite. He stripped a bit of the elk's hip and padded back to Isinn, with the meat in his jaws. He sat next to him and ate his share, tearing at the meat with pleasure.

Ísinn smiled in amusement at Apocalypse's awkwardness. "And I'm sure you only love Pheaca for the practicality, right?" she chuckled to herself, rolling her chewed-up bone with one paw and flicking her tail. She was ready to get this meeting done with and get some rest. For a few sentences, she really did have to wait for a long time.

"Umm, yes," Apocalypse managed to make through mouthfuls of elk. Though he secretly wanted to be alpha male but still be mates with Pheaca. He gulped down meat with pleasure, the hunger fading away bite by bite. He never enjoyed food this much. His fangs sank into the meat like a shovel in dirt, and eating it until the hip bone was stripped clean. The brute licked his jaws with joy, though he did not show it. Apocalypse kept his usual stern and cruel gaze. He chewed the bone, trying to get the marrow out. After he was done, he looked at Isinn, and said, "What are you going to talk about at the meeting?"
