Cobalt pricked his ears. He thought he had imagined it, or perhaps had disregarded it. "The sound of a Pup?" He asked with a shrug. "I hate to say it, but there’s plenty of them around here. So many couples have lost their Pups."

OCTAVIA still couldn't shake a slight feeling of unease at the sound of an alone pup. She hardly heard what Cobalt said as he darted forward, trying to sent out the pup. She quickly searched throughout the grass until she came across a startled looking pup. It was sitting down, its fur still fluffy. It was grey like Octavia, but its paws, tail tip, ear tips and muzzle were a dark grey.

RAIN was confused as to where she was. One moment she was playing with her five brothers, then suddenly this large black and white thing had found her and her siblings. She had told her brothers to run and tried to protect the slowest one. They had all escaped but she didn't. She remembered attacking it, falling off, there was a bit of pain, this red stuff, then she fell asleep and woke up here. "Where is my mummy and dad? Where are my brothers?" she whined, looking from the big male to the smaller female that looked a bit like her mum.

Cobalt rushed forward, following Octavia. The black wolf's ears picked up. So the young one was old enough to speak, which would be helpful. "What’s the matter, little one? Who are your parents? What Pack? Maybe I can locate them," he offered.

(Okay, KT could be either or born to loners, it depends. If you want, it can be a Pup from my she-wolf Maple's last litter. Maple is still alive, but very old, on her last litter, which would make the Pup Ash's half sister. Just an idea. If you want it to just be unnamed wolves, that’s totally fine too.)

(Coolio, we can work with that! Her story is she’s a loner. She used to be from Fire Pack, but after a loooong history with Max, Cobalt, and Ash's dad, she became a loner)

(she's only one moon old so she'd still be feeding from her mother. What do we do here? Is there a healing thing that could help give Octavia milk to feed her?)

RAIN looked up at the big male, fear in her eyes. "Mummy rescued my brothers but she didn't get me. She told me that she used to be in a... a fire pack, but she decided to leave. She had me and my brothers. I was attacked by a black and white thing and I had a sore with this red stuff coming from it and I got tired then woke up here. I'm.. I'm hungry..." she squeaked, looking over at the female now.

OCTAVIA's eyes grew sad. A badger had killed her and taken her away from her brothers and mother. She sighed and gently lay down so that the pup wasn't as intimidated and would come over to her if she wanted. She glanced up at Cobalt.
