Once again, his sudden movement startled the fae, causing her to wake up, glancing around for the brute that she called her mate. When she saw him, she just sighed and got to her paws, just wanting to give him some space. Ayame really needed some food, so she slipped away, being unseen from her small frame, her ebony-colored fur being hard to see as she scampered away. She flattened her ears, searching for movement, looking for something to eat. She sneezed when she got a heavy whiff of pollen, her senses immediately perking when she saw a hare dart from the bushes, not even worrying about her supposed mate.

Northe was already gone by the time the sun came up, but he wasn't leaving his dear Eika, no, he just went out to take a dip in the lake, hoping his sister was being treat well. After his swim in the lake, he climbed out and searched for breakfast, something he could share with the female. He yawned, crouching down, his nose twitching as he sniffed for prey, finally scenting a small doe, but he felt bad for hunting the small deer, but at least she was alone for now. He lunged and latched onto her back until she fell limp, dragging the deer back to camp.

The fae's ears flattened at the image of Roukan scurrying away, finally realizing how they "fit". She didn't know what to do anymore, so she figured she'll go visit her brother and his mate, "..I hope she isn't like Roukan.." Ayame whined to herself, grumbling a bit afterwards. She started to make her way to her brother's den, biting at her lip. She took a small break, gnawing at her leg, relieving an itch.

She wondered where her mate went but didn't think too much about it. With a quiet huff she laid back down and decided to wait for him to return.

Northe trotted over to the Cherry Blossom Tree, sighing as he didn't spot her, then he lifted his head and started to scent for her, but he failed. "Dang, Ayame, where are you.." He grumbled to himself, then he hit his head against a tree, "Idiot.. She's with Roukan.." He laughed a bit to himself, shaking his head, and starting to make his way to Roukan's den.

When the itch was gone, Ayame arrived at the den, her tail lowered as she peered in, her brother's scent faint. She sat upon her haunches, trying to find wording, "H-hey.. Eika..?" She tilted her head, looking around, searching for her brother, seeing he wasn't there, "Northe isn't here, is he.." The fae's ears flattened, licking at her own snout, now disappointed instead of excited for seeing her brother, but Eika didn't seem bad.
