She looked unconvinced that he was okay but she decided that he was stronger than she thought. She looked up at him with assuring eyes "I'm okay, I just found him out here" she glanced back at Lucky warily. Was he planning an attack or something? He didn't look like he was angry, more like he was scared of something, but what? "Why are you here?" she demanded him.

The stallion nodded and nudged her cheek softly "Right this way" he chimed and began to walk towards the river. He wanted to offer Dee a place in his herd, but the mare seemed like she wanted to meet other stallions too. That made him a little sad, the curious mare had grown on him and it would be hard to see her go if she chose to. He stood beside her, blocking her from the wind.

Dee cantered after him, glancing at Cloud. She shivered as she moved. The light colored mare was short against him, alreadhy a shorter mare. Her heat scent remained with her. Her tail was slightly lifted behind her, hoping for something interesting to happen.

He glanced at the stallion that whinnied for attention, he stood close beside Dee, feeling a slight hint of protectiveness over the mare even though he wasn't really in a herd with her. He picked up on her heat scent and tried to ignore it, Clearly there wasn't much of Winter left and soon it would be chaos with stallions wanting mares.

Broken nosed Harmony's mane protectivley, watching the other stallion. He had to admit though..he was impressed with the other stallion, not many younger can put up a fight. IF it wasn't for Kennedy, he was sure that maybe himself wouldn't last. Lucky would grow into a very prosperous stallion,

Dee was rather satisfied with the protective gesture, liking that quiality. She was trying to make out the figure of the other stallion so she would know what he looked like. Whinnying as she nearly tripped over a log hidden under the snow she refocused on the ground in front of her.

Dancer is very snappy and impatient. She doesn't hold any respect for stallions because of her past and sees no need to join a herd just so she can be used as a breeding machine. If any stallion chooses to approach her she will often turn her back and walk away. She isn't all bad, it's only because of her hurtful past that she treats some horses the way she does. She can be quite loving and kind, but that part of her is buried deep under many layers of mental scars. Dare you try and tame the fiesty spirit of this young mare

Dancer doesn't like to talk about her past. She was born into a mountain herd alongside her older sister Flame. One day, the herd was ambushed by a band of 4 young bachelors. They snaked as many mares as they could, but they all escaped. All except young Dancer, who was only 2 at the time. They disciplined her with sharp kicks and harsh bites, forcing her to do as they told her. One dreadful night, when Danccer turned 3, all 4 of the young bachelors crowded around her, 3 of them kicked her, bit her and knocked her around until she had no energy left and her creamy coat was stained with blood. The last bachelor sauntered over to her, gave her a swift nip on the rump and mounted her, covering her. She was forced to carry the stallions foal, but when it was born, it was dead due to the poor health of the mare. The stallions were outraged and disposed of her, trapping her in a small cave that was the home of a wolf pack. But the wolves would not harm the fragile mare, instead their alpha provided her with shelter until she was healthy. They then let her go, Dancer didn't know why the canines were so kind to her but she left them with thank yous and ran off. To this day she does not trust other horses, but she will always have a place in her heart for those wolves.

He almost gasped as the mare came close to tripping over, he looked down at her with light concern brushed in his eyes. "Are you alright to travel?" he asked, wondering if she was tired or something. "We can stop to rest if you like" he offered gently, nipping lightly at her mane as snowflakes fell into it

Cloud He heard the mare whinny back to him. He began to slowly canter towards her, his muscles rippled as he cantered. He held his head high and proud, when the mare came into view he smiled at her, and dipped his head at the stallion with her. He stoped a few feet away from them so he would not seem like a threat.

The tall stallions stood pr0tectively beside Dee, not looking angry, but showing the stallion that he was not afraid to fight for this mare, but he wouldn't start a brawl unless this newcomer made a move, though he seemed nice enough so he calmed himself down. Then again, you never know when a mare is in heat.

"Just being a clutz. I am fine." She chuckled and shook her head. She looked up to Cloud as he appeared, the short mare looking up at his face. "Hi!" She chuckled and greetes him. Dee blinked curiously at Cloud, standing a bit in front of Edge. She flicked her tail and snorted at her scent.

The cremello mare kept her head low to prevent shards of hail from fluttering into her eyes. She snorted in irritation, Winter was one of the worst seasons, next to Spring of course. She walked over to the river which was frozen over with a layer of ice. She saw a small cave on the other side, shelter! She trotted over to the river and began to walk across.
