Emerald plotted before lunging. She jumped ontop of the brute. Then she jumped behind him. grabbing his tail.

Dusk was back in camp, content with laying in the small sunlight, despite the still freezing wind that buffed up to his side. He decided to stay while everyone was out checking the borders, needing some time to think about what had happened last time he had met with Hailstorm. I was stupid, attacking him like that.. Dusk growled to himself with ears back. "Though he did deserve it."

Hailstorm was restless. The battle that morning had riled him up more than he cared to believe, and he needed something to do. Once again, he called his pack to him. If war wasn't what he needed right now, he needed to hunt.

Dusk stood up, pacing now as his mind raced, filled with possibilities of what could happen. Images of bloody wolves, scattered along the borders, making the sandy brute shudder. He stopped his pacing, thinking again about what he had said before continuing with his routine.

Bronte perked her ears. She howled back and padded over to him, " What is it this time?" She said but stopped, it sounded disrespectful. " Sorry..."

Cody licked her back before padded next to her. His eyes were open and his ears were perked. He watched intently and listened to every noise and movement.

Rookie nodded, impressed by Vesper. She sniffed the air, and then looked at the ground and the surroundings. She didn't see or smell anything that was out of place. "You're going to make a great Beta Vesper." Rookie commented.

Meta growled as Emerald grabbed his tail. He spun around, ripping his tail out of her grasp. He ignored the pain that shot up his tail, and he also ignored the fur that was removed from his tail. Meta lunged towards Emerald, trying to slam into her and knock her off her paws.

Vesper continued to lead upstream, peering at the underbrush. It wasn't until they had reach the source of the river that she told them to turn around. "I think I saw something." Half a league back she noticed the stones had obviously been trampled. "Did anyone fall into the water during the fight?" she asked, examining the scattered pebbles.
{ Bronte did fall in a few posts ago, right? Oh, and can we make loners *Avalanche?

Sauver trotted once more towards Hailstorm, keeping one eye trained on the fight for ranks but otherwise ignoring Emerald and Meta. "What's up?" he asked, avidly hoping they wouldn't storm the borders again.

Emerald side stepped. "Haha loser you-" She fell into a hole dug by another wolf. She fell. "Ouch!"

Storm was a little annoyed by their lack of trust and of respect. His eyes glinted for a moment and he made sure they both knew it before relaxing and answering. "I simply thought we might to a bit of hunting," he said, head cocked.

Cody sniffed the rocks and nodded. Another she wolf had some onto their territory. He growled but looked at vesper, he was lower than him.

Bronte smiled and wagged her tail. She was happy to be hunting with her pack. But the two wolves that were fighting, she didn't like them.
