Falon
Falon jumped at the sound of Kasi falling behind him. When he turned around and saw what it was, he chuckled. In a low voice he whispered, "You`re okay, right?" But when he saw her laughing he shook his head. "Let me help you up," he said as he walked over to her. He bent down and propped her up on his shoulder and let her stand there until she regained her breath.

Sari
Sari smiled. "Thanks," she said. She stretched and laid her head on her paws. "Have you ever been in one of the pack territories? They`re not much different than the land over here, surprisingly." She looked up at him. "I realize I`ve been doing most of the talking. What about you? What adventures have you had? How`d you get over here to no man`s land?"

Silex

Silex watched as Aqua came out of the bushes. He sat up and listened to herself and Vivian talking, unsure about whether it would be right of him to intervene.

Kasi

Kasi got back up and stood for a moment as she took a few deep breaths. "Thanks, Falon." she said smiling. She stoped leaning on him and shook some dirt from her pelt. "So then," she said quietly, "shall we continue?"

Jard

Jard shook his head. "I haven't been in their territories, just around the edges every once in a while. They didn't seem much different." he thought for a moment, "To be honest, I don't actually remember clearly how I became a loner. I was born in a pack that was always travelling, and I guess it was winter when I left them because the last thing I recall is being half frozen to death by some kind of snowstorm! Anyway, how about you?"

Aqua blushes as selix watches her and says " selix like do you like any one "

Falon
"As opposed to standing here until our dying day? No, I think continuing would be a better option." He laughed and stepped forward again. Then he turned his head toward hers and whispered, "You`re welcome, by the way. But if you fall and we`re any closer, you should expect a game of chase to ensue." He snorted a bit as he realized how that must have sounded. He blushed and said, "I meant chasing the deer because they`ll run at the slightest sound, not chasing you, because that could`ve been taken the wrong way." He looked away again, embarrassed at his stupidity.

Sari
Sari shrugged. "I`ve been here all my life. Can`t remember anything different, except a feeling of pure terror as a young pup. I don`t even remember why, all I know is that there was a valid reason for it." She shuddered. "Sometimes the feeling comes back to haunt me in my dreams. I`ll have a glimpse of land that feels like home, then I`m alone and scared for my life." She laughed, "My whole life`s been sprinkled with sob stories, which I`d rather not get into."

Vivian turned away, hiding her tear-filled eyes. "I'll-I'll just go," she whispered. She whipped away. At least Aqua could be happy. But she knew she never would be.

Silex

Silex shifted slightly uncomfortably as Aqua laid her head on him. "Uh...Actually I don't like anyone." he said, looking up at Vivian. "Vivian, don't go..." he said gently, standing up.

Kasi

Kasi nodded, and began to walk again. She listened to what he said and smiled shyly. When he tried to explain himself she tenderly replied, "It's okay, I understand." and walked next to him, smelling the air. They were getting close now, it seemed.

Jard

Jard frowned. "Terror?" he said, slightly confused. He then shook his head, stopping himself from invading her privacy. "Forget I asked that," he said feebly, looking away.

She gave a sad smile. "It's fine, Silex. I'm sure Aqua would like to get to know you as well. We can talk tommorrow." she drooped her head a bit, and padded off. As soon as she got a bit away from them, she began to run. Her mind went blank, and she just ran.

She ran fora while, finally stopping. She lay down, her head on her paws, breathing heavily. A fermilar scent washed over her suddenly, and she quickly lifted her head, ears erect.

"Fell?" she whispered, Then louder. "Fell!"

She stood as she saw a flash of black in the forest, when she realized she didn't recognize this forest at all. Her eyes opened wide, and she realized her mistake. She must have crossed into Kasi's territory while she was running, and now she was here alone with Fell........

"Thanks," he said, then he perked his ears and slowed a bit. "I think they`re just past those trees," he whispered. He crawled into the underbrush and nosed his way through until he could see the clearing where a herd of maybe fifteen deer stood grazing. One of the deer lifted it`s head suddenly, and Falon held his breath, thankful that the wind was hitting him in the face, taking their scent away from the deer. Without taking his eyes from the herd, he whispered, "What now?"

Sari
"It`s no problem. I`ve kind of come to terms with it all. So, umm... What were planning on doing today?"

Silex

Silex nodded, understandingly. He watched her go for a moment before turning back and looked at Aqua. He gave her a warm and friendly smile, as he walked back and sat opposite her. "Well then, Aqua, how are you today?" he asked, bringing his tail around his paws.

Kasi

Kasi crouched in some long grass and examined each of the several deer slowly. "I'm no expert in hunting actually, but I think that one just at the back there looks considerably weak." she said, gesturing with her head to a small, limp looking deer which was at the edge of the herd.

Jard

Jard nodded slowly. "Today?" he asked, thinking aloud, "Today I don't have any problems. Nor tomorrow. I never actually have plans. Just take each day as it comes." he said, smiling.

She whipped around as she heard a laugh echo through the forest. "Fell! Stop it!" she growled. She saw the shadow fly at her, and was knocked to the ground.

She struggled to stand, but he was on her in an instant. He but her shoulder, and she let out a cry of pain. She struggled, hen screamed.

"Silex!" her voice echoed around her, and she could only pray that Silex would find her in time as Fell lunged for her throat.
