||Jayden Ann Marie||
Mare|Loner|3 years|With Tidal's Herd
The young mare took in the chilled air around her mass. A sweetness of fresh blooming flowers was dashed across the valley. With a small nicker of enjoyment, the young creature lifted her maw, taking in the world in all of its beauty. Her sides heaving and falling with every deep intake. Her jaded orbs falling underneath her lids. It was spring, her favorite time of year. She loved watching fresh foals blossom into unique individuals. It was during this thinking that a strange, new voice broke the silence in the air. Her harks shooting straight up, Jade looked at the female curiously. She tipped her head when, as quickly as she came, the mare turned around and left. Chuckling slightly, jade gently moved after her new found friend. Her movements were easy and graceful. She drifted into thought once more. Where were they going. The idea of a stallion shoot shivers down her spine. She resented stallions in all of their glory and brute strength. Too stupid to form sentences. She despised their naive and constant snaking. It reminded her of wolves fighting over a piece of meat when a whole carcass was right in front of them. Jade's legs locked tight mid-stride. There before her stood her friend, a herd, and a stallion. Her harks pressed tight against her skull. She watched carefully, listening to her friend speak. She stood their in silence for a moment, processing all that was occurring. "Jade." She murmured through tight lips. Her breathing deepened with every breath she took. Taking her dagger she drove it deep into the ground, each time she pawed, the hole getting deeper. She was ready to fight.
