♕ ℤEPHYR ↠ two years;; female;; single;; waking up
✗ lalalala"Well, why not?" Zephyr said, pulling her paws off of the fence so she could leap up next to West. Once she had landed, it was clear that standing on the fence was harder than it looked. After wobbling awkwardly for a few seconds, rattling the fence all the way, Zephyr fell off, landing on West's side of the fence. She lept back up several more times, each with the same result. Again, she tried, claws digging into the old wood. Zephyr looked up from her paws, shaking slightly with the tension of holding herself on the fence. A smile worked it's way across her face, the achievement making her heart soar. It was always nice to complete a challenge. Zephyr slowly relaxed her muscles as she found a rhythm. It was pleasant to see the farm sprawled out ahead, the road stretching out into the distance. "This is quite difficult, West," she murmured, concentrating on her feet again as a breeze blew past. "How do you do this all day, eh? Practice?" Zephyr asked, as she swayed again and clutched the wooden post even tighter.
✗ lalalalaShe took the time to study West. He seemed nice enough, with his gentle-looking face and black and white fur. However, Zephyr was still quite wary of him. Not only was he slightly larger than her, but he was also male. Although she had nothing against the other gender, Zephyr was slightly less open around them than females. But of course, it all depended on the individual dog, and West had captured her attention. He was kind and friendly to her, which was enough to take the edge off of her worries. Casting a glance over at the rain clouds in the distance, Zephyr's thoughts were momentarily taken off of her acquaintance. There wouldn't be enough time for her to get home before it started to rain, but that didn't deter her. Zephyr wanted to stay and learn more about the strange dog West who balanced on fence posts like a cat and spoke like a scholar.
❦ ₴PARROW ↠ five months;; male;; single;; exploring
✗ lalalalaA dank ally would normally be a bad place for any young creature. But if that creature just so happens to be a puppy who knows his way around, there would be no danger. Sparrow was digging around in the rubbish bin, hoping to find a scrap of meat to nibble. He had skipped breakfast of dry pallets because they did not appeal to him in the slightest. His slender frame showed that all too clearly. No matter which brand or type his owner had tried, Sparrow was disgusted by all of them. Peering into the last bin in the line, Sparrow was delighted. Some absolute fool had thrown out a good t-bone. The actual bone, of course. But they were a poor carver. Several chunks of meat and fat hung off, in addition the the juicy bone. Sparrow scarfed them down quickly, gnawing on the bone after all the other items were gone. His skinny little tail whipped against the ground, making a slapping sound each time it hit the damp pavement. This sound bounced around on the worn brick walls and emitted eerily from the alleyway.
✗ lalalalaLicking the traces of the t-bone off his lips, Sparrow wriggled behind one of the buildings in the ally. Each building created a little passageway between themselves and the fence. Sparrow was one of the only dogs small enough to find a way through them. Popping out on the other side, Sparrow chased away a cat who was also looking for food. Pleased that he was scary enough to get that cat gone, Sparrow sat for a moment to survey his work. The alleyway had already been picked clean by other dogs, who left the bones strewn about. Sparrow loved bones and chased them across the pavement. They skittered around hollowly, clinking when they hit each other. For a while, Sparrow chased them until he grew tired. Then, the young pup rested against someone's side steps. Once he had regained a bit of energy, Sparrow pounced again. One of the bones slid out onto the sidewalk. Since that one moved best, Sparrow went to retrieve it, blinking in the light. He noted the storm clouds and decided that when it started sprinkling, he would run home.

➽ so if you need it, i got it, i got it everyday -------------------------------be your lover and
friend, you’ll find it all in me -----------------------------stay by your side, i’ll never leave you ------------and i ain’t going nowhere
‘cause you’re a keeper ▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂
ɴᴀᴍᴇ; " my full name is carrie dee skippy marie. but for short, call me carrie. some like to call me care-bear. but, i prefer carrie. "
ᴀɢᴇ; " haven't you heard it's rude to ask a lady her age? well, if you must know, i'm three years young. "
ɢᴇɴᴅᴇʀ; " now, that's just crap. if you couldn't notice, i'm 1OO% femme. "
ʙʀᴇᴇᴅ; " i'm a mutt. i'm part pomsky, chihuahua, miniature australian shepherd, and beagle. "

ᴘᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ; this soft spoken female is quite the keeper. she is a gentle fae with a caring heart whom will always be by your side - and will never leave it. she isn't one who likes to be alone and prefers the company of others. but don't misread this lassie, she doesn't mind some peace and quiet either. when angered, this fae will become a vicious hunter who will terminate you. she is very fragile, so you will have to be careful about what you say around her. she isn't one to stutter, and really isn't one to be jealous. she stands up for what she believes in and never gives up. around pups, her maternal instinct kicks in and she'll keep a watchful eye over them and protect them with her life. this caring gal will never adopt one though. she will foster one for a few days, but she'll be looking for a suitable home for them. she enjoys watching pups open their eyes for the first time, or taking their first steps- you know, the milestones. although her love for pups is strong, she believes she isn't suitable to have any of her own. she will not stand to see a pup all alone with nobody to care for them. she finds it very cruel when a female decides to get pregnant, have pups, and abandon them as soon as they're weaned. although she does understand the tragedies: parents where killed, parents where captured, or the pup was simply separated at birth. nevertheless, her love for pups is strong and true. she doesn't mind a good adventure and will never turn down an offer to go on one. she loves the thrill of exploring an unknown place, seeing the natural fantastic wonders of the world. she enjoys mainly to explore the forest, venturing deep into the rugged woods to find a beautiful waterfall that overlooks the city perhaps. she also enjoys going to her favorite spot in the city that she discovered as a pup: a beautiful ivy covered stone bridge that goes over a pond filled with koi fish and water lillies. whenever sad or depressed, she comes here to perk herself right back up again.
ʜɪsᴛᴏʀʏ; " well let's see how i came to be, shall we? my mother mabel was you average family pet. a mixed breed who played with the grimy little kids in her family. she would care for them and be there for them, almost like a nanny-dog. when she was four years old she sat on the front lawn watching the kids play. a well-known street-smart stray named rocky came up on the lawn one day, going up to mabel. rocky was somewhat a legend amongst other strays. he escaped the hands of the dog catchers a few times and numerous times he had escaped the pound. he went over and tackled mabel playfully, and they touched noses and spent time with each other, and in the next coming days, rocky would come and see mabel through the fence just to spend time with her. after a few weeks of this, my mother came into heat and left her humans to go and mate with rocky. once she found out she was pregnant, she returned home to her humans. her and my father rocky resumes their normal schedule, and i lasted through out the whole pregnancy. when my mom gave birth, my father convinced my mother to run off with him to be a stray. they only made it halfway across the street before my dad saw a car speeding towards them. he pushed my mother and my siblings and i out of the way. he ended up losing his right hindleg. he then agreed with my mother that it would be a great idea to stay with the humans. my father became part of the human family, and that's where i was raised. when i was weaned, my mother's owners began selling us, making sure we all went to good homes. i was averagely sized then, not too big, not too small. one day, a pair of humans came in with a little boy no older than two. they poked around in my litter, seeing who would be the best addition to their family. the boy, whom i found out later was named scout, was set down on the floor by his mother and looked at all of us, waiting to see which pup would approach him. i went and gnawed playfully on the boy's shirt, nibbling and wagging my curled tail insanely. he chuckled and giggled, falling onto his back and letting me play with him. after fifteen minutes of this, he and his parents left. a few days later they returned with a small thin yet soft dark brown leather collar. it had a golden rectangular plate on it which was engraved with the name they gave me along with some other stuff. after that day, all i remember is being with scout. we play adventurer with each other, spend the night in pillow forts, and just have fun. "

ᴘᴇʟᴛ ᴄᴏʟᴏᴜʀ; " i have a creamy pelt, almost like the apricot crayon. it has a few brown flecks in it, but i love it. "
ᴇʏᴇ ᴄᴏʟᴏᴜʀ; " light brown. too normal. "
sɪᴢᴇ; " i'm the size of a miniature australian shepherd. i'm a bit bigger of both of my parents, which i'm glad for. "
ᴏᴡɴᴇʀ; " his name is scout. he's happily five years old now. "
ᴄʀᴜsʜ; " nobody's caught my eye yet. "
