Falon
Falon padded after her, smiling. He inhaled deeply and a thousand scents rushed into his nose. The rotten deer; the dirt under his paws; the grass; the forest; the river that divided them from the other pack. He broke into a trot and picked up the smell of deer. He abruptly stopped and changed direction, indicating to Kasi to smell the air.
Sari
Sari laughed again, thoroughly enjoying herself. She stood up and shook, spraying Jard with even more water. Then she turned, back to the current, and waited for a fish. She saw one and lunged, jaws open, snarling. The feeling of flesh pinned under her claws excited her and she thrust her head down, aiming for the spine of the fish. She grabbed it and pulled her head up, shaking hard. With an audible snap, the fish`s back broke and it stopped moving. She jumped over some rocks and onto the shore, where she dropped the fish and held it down with a paw. "Here," she called, "I`ve already eaten, you have it."
