Snow blinked, glancing back at the two stags once again and flicking her tail from side to side somewhat. "Agreed. I've never been one for such violence myself." The doe paused before adding, "And between you and me, sometimes I like to pretend they aren't there. Though some of them are quite hard to ignore.. and the ones that you need to be careful of." She seemed to almost grimace at some thought that worked its way into her head but quickly dispersed it.

The doe was on her lonesome for the time being, slowly making her way around the bank of the lake and enjoying the peace-- for however long it would last. After all, the rut wasn't a peaceful time of year, and Beau was pretty darn sure she didn't want to get stuck between the clashing antlers of two bucks. The thought caused her to snort lightly, as if it was a joke, but in reality the matter was no folly. The lady had seen a doe or two suffer the same fate the previous rut, and it was not one this experienced hind wanted to partake.
