Hatori cussed mentally. He knew he shouldn't have padded out when he heard the catchers. He growled and struggled to stand as best as he could, he was still numb and couldn't feel his paws. He leaned against a crate and drank a puddle of water, trying to gain feeling back. Hatori stomped his paw on the ground silently.

Vanilla got up and walked out of the alley to look for whatever that noise was.

Clare settled down in her crate and looked around.

"no.." she gasps "what was that?" a rustle from the can behind them makes both dogs shiver

Navy wandered the place in search of food. Her dog tags mingled as she wandered around until she spotted a trash can in an alley. She knocked it over and sniffed around for some good food. She found a half eaten hot dog, part of a ham sandwich, and a bag of beef jerky that had only crumbs in it. She ate them and sighed in satisfaction.

snare turned on the new dog snapping her fangs in its face. "HEY! this alley's ours! beat it!"

Navy growled at Snare, but walked out of there anyways. She was too tired to start a fight. She stopped outside the alley though when she smelled hot dogs. She looked to her left to see a man pushing a hot dog cart. Navy grinned and just as he held out a hot dog for a customer, Navy ran, jumped and grabbed the hot dog before hightailing it out of there. Unfortunately, the hot dog guy chased after her.
