His eyes scanned the horizon for his packmates as they began to flood the camp with his howl. Lucien's eyes looked into the fae that he would pick, but he then quickly looked away, attempting to not make it more uncomfortable than it already was. lucien wasn't the most open alpha and he certain wasn't the most gentle, but it still hurt him to know that he's the reason if a pup would have to grow up with his parents never loving each other. "Thank you all for coming. I know that this is never a good topic to speak of, but as you all know by now, every generation the alpha assigns mating pairs that will last the rest of your life. you do not have to love each other, but please, learn how to cope with each other." The brute cleared his throat for a moment. "As my Beta, Roukan, you will be paired up with Ayame, the new Tristevi. Eika will be with Northe. Alice, you shall be with Markos. Tavian and Khalara, you are partners. Galleni will be with Kazimir." Lucien said, looking at Katerinka. "Brutes please show your fae to your den as they will move in immediately. I suggest you spend this time getting to know each other, and remember that mating season is within a few weeks. That is all, thank you."

The ebony-pelted male's head swung around, gnabbing at his lip as he let out a ruffled sigh. His tail was limp as it hung along the back of his hind-legs, his crystal-light optics flickering among the dens. He.. He needed to speak to Kharala. He cautiously bounded towards the location the she was, but his ears flattened as he spotted her with her mate. Yes, the tom had the authority to remove the she from the conversation to talk to her . . but he couldn't. He just couldn't do it. He admired her lovely, pulchritudinous tri-colored pelt for a few more moments, before his head hung as he walked away. He spotted Ayame briskly as she made her way away from the den, letting out a gentle, slightly pained wince-- muffled. The Beta then turnt to head towards the wilderness, his tail tucked between his legs in a melancholied action.

The alabaster female's face screwed up in a pout, her pupils dilating to mere dots. Her head swung towards the left, her deep azure optics scanning over the camp. She watched.. Lucien, and.. Kazimir. She couldn't resist but finding them admiring. Quite, admi- Back to topic. The she let out a soft huff as slight sadness rushed over her, her eyes flickering to the ground. She paused at his question, growing silent. "I.. I don't have anything, thanks." she replied gently, her optics glinting with slight.. wistfullness as she looked back out the den entrane. She released a sigh, staring down at her paws. As Lucien said, this brute would have to stay with her for the rest of her lives. But clearly, she didn't.. she didn't really want that. She stared at her albino paws, growing dead-silent.

Northe chuckled again, looking down at her and gently nuzzled the top of her head, kicking away a few leaves that happened to be in the den, glancing around, "..There's nothing really to say, I mean.. My parents left my sister and I, and so we basically just explored, I guess." The brute shrugged, seeing as his sister walked passed their den. "How about you..? And, uh, feel free to add anything to this.. place. I rarely ever used it.." He took a seat, his white coat looking brighter while next to her midnight one.

The female grumbled to herself, her tail swaying still, annoyed and upset, her ears flattened as she took a small walk. Noticing her brother and his mate, she sighed, not wanting to disturb them, "I guess.. I guess.. I guess." She mocked him, hating the fact how awkward they were, which was obvious, because he clearly wanted someone else. He has to get over it. He's stuck with me. She growled to herself, finding the Cherry Blossom tree and plopping herself down. I could care less who I got. She then laid down again, hoping it would rain soon.

the sun was glimmering in the sky, its flames tearing at the cyan sky. a streak of solid black fur brushed against multiple rocks, before it paused.

Roukan lifted his tail as he sprayed his scent along a solid gray rock, his ear flicking as he spun around and sniffed at his mark. He then continued to trek, his optics dilating at the presence of the sun. He let off a lengthy sigh, his ears twitching as he pressed his nose to the ground. He took in a deep sniff, before catching the scent of an elk. He immediately lowered to a crouch, bounding forwards as he slipped behind tussocks of grass.. and there it was. A large, male elk.

Eika gave a small shrug," I was never really close to my parents or siblings. I was always the outcast and they never really paid attention to me so I left." She looked outside the den briefly, then returned her attention to him. " No, I don't have anything. Thanks though." She smiled slightly then took a seat as well.

Markos let out a quiet sigh. He touched his nose to hers then pulled his head away," This might not be the ideal situation for you but I'll try my best to be the best mate I can be for you." he hated seeing anybody unhappy, and since they are mates now, he especially hated seeing her unhappy.

The she drew in a short sigh, a slight.. liking growing for the brute. But only for a minute.. maybe.. She shuffled towards him, leaning against him gently. "I'm sorry about being harsh.." she began, her tone beginning to trail off. Her fluffy tail curled along her alabaster mites, the wistfullness still hanging to her orbs like prisoners.
