Kara melted a little bit at the feeling of Ty's muscular, sculpted arms round her back. She regained her collected side quickly. "Um, I was thinking of going to unpack now. I'll see you at dinner, yeah?" The sentence was mainly directed at Ty, but she hoped all her new friends are listening."Kiara, wanna' come? I think your doors next to mine. Do you like fashion? I love it."

She couldn't help but roll her eyes, but Ash was always ready for a challenge. "Fine then," she said, then darted down the halls back to the stables, the backs of her tall boots sinking into her knees as she jogged. It didn't take long to locate the smaller stallion that was Hero, quietly munching on his hay. She passed him to enter the tack room, jumping up to slide her saddle back off of the rack that she had fought so hard to hoist it up on earlier. She took her bridle and breast plate in her free hand, hanging them over her shoulder, then reached into her tack box for a grooming box. Ashton didn't even bother to tack Hero out of his stall, she just brushed and tacked him there. She had gotten fairly quick at tacking up, and her horse normally behaved himself as soon as he felt those thick leather jump boots being strapped to his legs. Within five minutes, he had a complete set of a figure-eight bridle, breastplate with a running martingale, saddle and stomach guard attached to him, not to mention that old set of jump boots on all four of his legs. "I really need to grab your schooling tack out of the trailer later," Ashton commented to herself as she secured a helmet somewhat loosely on her head. "Finn," she called through the barn, reaching down to grab a short crop, just in case. "I'm ready to go,"

"I think we're sharing a dorm if I'm not mistaken- do you wanna come and find it with me?" He asked, pulling the dog-eared map out of his pocket. "I need to go pick up my stuff from where I left it in the barn, though." He said, walking over to the slightly older male.
