(ace is older than pride? He's 11 now... I've rp'd him for two years his form was 9, so he's 11 now... so because he's 17 hands and a friesan.. the upper hand is with Ace -.-)

Ace lifted his muzzle pinning his ears, unsure of whatever he'd smelt he turned to Asuna nipping her roughly and walking behind her he snaked his mares towards the tree line. The 11 year old male moved along. He nudged Asuna and tiger lilly roughly pushing them towards the tree line. Once near, he nipped asuna softly telling her to move deeper into the trees, along with Tiger lilly and the others.

Page stepped in front of Atlas and frowned "A colt... what are you? blind" she snapped violently pinning her ears at Atlas as the colt cowered behind her. Rolling her eyes the white dapple pushed the colt away towards Blue of whom she went towards one ear on Blue, the other on the colt.

[ i would just like to point out, his breed and height does not give him an advantage. they are of equal age and that is about where ace's advantage ends. friesians are a sub-breed of drafts. they are compact and may grow up 17 hands though it is rare. and when it does happens, they are often out of proportion. friesians are very good at striking with their front hooves though hind attacks often lack power because all their muscle is in their chest. other than that, pan is the one with the upper hand despite being mildly injured. his thoroughbred side allows him to be much faster with very strong bones. his hanoverian side gives him a well proportioned body along with thick muscles that protect him. and to add to that, i never specified his height. his breed means he could very well be bigger than ace and still be in perfect condition. he also has another two stallions to fight ace.
if it was a one on one, they would be evenly matched because they both have equal experience and seem to be in good health. but garry and thunder tip the odds heavily, even if garry is only two he can still land a powerful blow when prompted to.
so really, the odds are in the bachelor herd's side. ]

pandemic looked past garry and squinted at the herd in the distance. his wounds had healed quickly though they still made him feel stiff. luckily, the ice kept them cool and stopped infection. the mention of mares and fillies welcomed pandemic's greed to expand the herd. "all right, we will go. thunder, i expect you to show your abilities. act well and you may take a mare." the chestnut shook the snow out of his tail before bursting into a steady lope, beckoning the other two to follow. ace must have sensed their approach since he was moving the herd. a sneer appeared on pandemic's face, too little too late. lifting his head, he screamed in challenge, trusting thunder and garry to round the mares then hopefully assist him since this one seemed like he may be harder than pride was.

the mare leaped eagerly through the snow when gold welcomed her. she greeted him with a lot of snuffling and unconditional kindness, being the spunky little one she was. when gold stepped back, cerberus looked at him with an oblivious look of friendliness. she was yet to see why he was so surprised at her gender. cerberus decided to keep up the stallion act and nipped him as if to say, stop being silly and cuddle me, i'm cold. when pride approached, cerberus resumed her snuffling and nuzzling, also noticing how confused he was. did she really look like a male? cerberus let a cheeky grin cover her face despite being freezing. she waited impatiently to see if they would accept her as this strange mix between genders.

(Nope, actually Pride is older than Ace. Are you trying to age up your horses? I know for sure that Garry was the same age as Triumph yet you claimed he was four, I allowed you to have him at four but I'm not going to let you age your other horses. In version one, he is seven year old, go look at the front page. If you look at his form, he joined as a five year old so he should be seven and I know I'm not wrong since I keep track of the ages. A year has not passed on this rp yet so Ace should still be seven...I should have said something earlier but now your trying to age him up some more and I'm not going to allow that, he should still be seven years old)

Asuna didn't like to be nipped roughly like that, the chestnut mare pinned her ears slightly but she did not protest. She nickered to Venus who stopped pestering Olivia and went over to her mother, Olivia following. She began to walk towards the woods, her ear flicking back when she heard a stallion scream a challenge to Ace.

"All right." Thunder stated simply, he would do his best to round up the mares. Garry would have some trouble, but Thunder should be fine. Thunder shook out his mane, nipping at Garry before moving after Pandemic at a steady pace. The younger stallions followed Pandemic, they would round up the mares while Pandemic dealt with the stallion. Garry was a bit uneasy, he wasn't very helpful in the last fight though he will try to actually so something in this one. Thunder wasn't a old an experienced at Pandemic, but he wasn't weak and he knew how to snake properly. It seemed like Ace had noticed them and had began to move his herd, but the three stallions were already here. When Pandemic told them to go, Thunder moved to the right and Garry to the left. The two moved towards the herd, focusing more on the mares and fillies. Garry looked nervously at Ace, wondering if the stallion would recognize him since Garry did come by about a month ago while Ace was busy with another stallion.

gold snuffled the mare gently, taking in her warmth, but most importantly, her scent. when the appaloosa nipped him cheekily he gave the horses equivalent of a soft grin, walking over until he stood beside the new mare, looking at pride with bright eyes and a slanted head, as if saying 'can we keep her?' he nosed the mare gently, and stood fairly close to her - her winter coat had settled in early; gold's winter coat was thickening, but this mare looked as if she was set for warmth this winter. he liked the idea of having the little mare with them, but had a thought in the back of his head over which of the two would eventually claim her as their own.

Pride watched this mare curiously, his ears pricked as he studied Cerberus. She was friendly, and it looked like she had no herd so they wouldn't have to worry about an angry band stallion coming by. When Gold looked to him, Pride saw that he wanted Cerberus to be with them. The mustang didn't mind at all, the bigger the group the warmer they would be this winter. Pride had no problems with this mare and he did not mind if she tagged along. He would be calm about it now, but one spring came by and their wounds healed, the stallions would probably fight over Cerberus to determine who got to keep her.

seeing that gold was being friendly, cerberus accepted his touch eagerly. she knew she didn't look her best right now so she was glad that they were willing to accept her. seeing gold come and stay with her, cerberus leaned against him, immediately taking in his warmth. she too looked to pride hopefully with bright eyes. the second stallion seemed to not mind cerberus so she let out a grateful nicker, shuffling forward she was next to gold and rested her neck on pride's back, her head on the other side. quite quickly she felt warmer than before. the mare would have normally introduced herself but she was freezing and every time she opened her mouth, her tongue seemed to recoil at the cold. so instead, she just rested with her two new companions.

Ace pricked his ears pinning them again looking to Garry instantly remembering the bratty little stud. Ears pinned he struck his forelegs out warning the young male before biting his mares charging at them pushing them into the trees were hopefully the bacherlos might stop. Trees were harder to snake in. Ears pinned he glared at the old male whom seemed to be leading the younger brats. Easr pinned he glared at Thunder warning the male before glaring at Garry. The stallion would easily put that male to death had Thunder and Pandemic not been here. Ears pinned he kicked up violently but of course his strength in his hind legs was not there, atleast, not as much as his front. Ears pinned he snorted thinking, well this would be interesting. Ears pinned he looked to Asuna and Tiger lilly, then the others and fillies pinning his ears again he nipped them softly pushing them into the woods, one ear on garry as he and thunder would be easy to drive away.

pandemic was quick to notice that ace was targeting garry. perhaps because of his age but pan felt as if he was missing something. did they know one another? despite wanting the mares, pandemic could not bring himself to let garry face such a large thread. cutting left he galloped up beside the younger one, "he is targeting you more than thunder and i. i will not ask about your history with him but perhaps use this to our advantage?" and with that, he leaped ahead of him, striding right up to ace and flattening his ears, nipping the other male's flank as they ran. ace was much more active that pride, moving around and using the trees to help. pandemic whinnied to urge thunder before pandemic surpassed ace since he was easily faster, racing up to the mares and cutting them off from the path they seemed to be following. ace would have to fight pandemic sooner or later or the bachelors would win this with ease.

Page grazed quietly beside Loki, watching that tool of a stallion whom 'lead' the band of bachelors. She looked to grim who remained, rolling her eyes the mare simply turned her rump to him, now ignoring him as though he wasn't there. She simply nipped Atlas ears pinned at the colt before letting him get closer again. Seeing the colt wasn't hers, she wasn't as gentle with him had she been with cloud. Ears pricking forwarsd she listened to pandemic carefully unsure of the male still she simply listened to him.

Ace reared as the male nipped him, striking out violently, possibly getting the males hip. With that he turend tail and instantly removed his target from garry seeing the stud was pathetic and useless. The mares would pretty much ignore him. instead he darted towards Pandemic lunging forwards taking large and long steps soon enough getting to the males side and latching his teeth over the males neck, a soft spot, right behind his ears. Without releasing he struck his front legs out, hoping to get Pandemic's legs.
