Hearing the sound of paws his eyes flew open he was not going to fall asleep tonight. He sighs softly and looks at Zakota then at Aralie on his heels. He sighs warmly and shakes his head, he knew he would be up if something went wrong he would be the first or second one to be up and on there tails but he kind of figured that Aralie was going to be able to take care of it on her own. He sighed deeply and pinned his ears back as his eyes scanned around he spotted the sad female laying out side the Alpha den and it made his heart fall softly and he shook his head once again.

He pushed himself up to a standing position and he walks over to Dirt Bag. Looking down at her he shakes his head gently and sighs Are you okay? he had never seen a wolf like her ever before. She was not exactly weird but he didn't like how others treated her.

She bowed her head expecting punishment, for some unknown crime she had committed. Her eyes looked onto the ground, her tail followed. When no punishment was recieved, she bit he tongue so hard it bled. She swallowed the blood oozing from her tongue and spoke obediantly in her rough voice, Yes, sir

She caught up to him as he moved toward Pine Lake. "Care to explain yourself?" She asked him. She wanted to know just what was going on. He had been acting so weird lately, and no one had an answer for anything. No one had any knowledge on Xaspherilla and what her words meant. If anything, Zakota would know. Lately anything that had to do with Xaspherilla he had no part in. Now that she was dead, perhaps she could get him talking.

Zakota

He was silent for a few minutes. In the awkward silence, he closed his eyes and sighed. "So I assume she is dead?" He looked to Aralie when he asked. Before letting her answer, he continued with a sentence, "If she is, then I'm afraid there is nothing you need to know from me. The only thing I could tell you is where she's been. I went out yesterday, and found some scent trails of hers. Other than that, there is nothing I have to offer on this subject."

Awoke with a gasp. His heart beat fast, his head spun. He felt the fear rising in his throat. The fear of falling asleep and not knowing what has happened. He shook his head with a low growl. The feeling of fear was gone. He dragged his body up from the ground. He was still plastered in sleep. A thought deep in his mind was fighting to escape, to remember. He knew there was something he had to do, that he was asked by his own alpha. Staring into the distance did no good to his troubled memory

Lyla stood and stretched her heavy limbs. She smacked her lips with the dull taste of morning breath. She padded out of her den and into the forest. After hunting and devouring a squirrel, she padded back into camp. She licked her lips from the fading taste of her meal. She sat with a 'humph' and glanced around. Her eyes lingered on Koda, his muscles rippled under his fur with every movement. 'Nice…' she muttered as she stood. Making her way quietly and lightly to him, she stopped next to him and smiled.'Hello, Koda.'

"Zakota, you know something. It's quite obvious, whether you believe it or not. Please, just tell me. Things will be so much better if you do," she sighed through her teeth as she spoke these words. She had given him a second chance after what he had done to that elder. She was almost sure now she had made the wrong choice. "Please tell me you've changed. I can get enough closure from that."

Zakota

"Now, would you really believe me if I answered that question?" He stood up, sighing in protest. "If you need me, I'll be back at camp." He swished his tail in a farewell, and then began the trek back. He knew Aralie was glaring at him from behind, trying to get him figured out. Too bad, he thought. She would have made such a wonderful accomplice.
