Tulsi hesitated briefly but followed him anyways, if Coriander was going to kill him he probably would have already.

Coriander's heart was racing. He was liking this whole impulsive thing. Sort of.
He knew nothing about Tulsi except for his scent. Maybe that was a good thing. He still missed Ash, Luna, and Rhea, but he had found suffocating his feelings and only crying when everyone was asleep was working great!
"Um, here's a den I stayed in when I was four."
It was a tree. A hollow tree, to be exact. Coriander wiggled inside and made his way to the top.
He looked back at Tulsi and smiled awkwardly.
