Reaper ran back to Vela and bowed to her. "I have some manners...but not many" he said and lunged at her with barede teeth.

Zanzibar followed his son quietly while Magick stayed with the mares and his daughter. He chuckled softly then noticed Caxx. He watched her and suddenly let out a loud whinny.

Amira hearing Artemis ran over to her and gentlely nudged her. "Come on little one this something you don't need to see."

Cavalia's head jerked up. ASH!!!" he shouted. He ran to her and nuzzeled her. Hurt and fear flashed in his eyes. "What happened to you?"

Burn watched Zanzibar, her ears flattening at Magick when he whinnied to Caxx. She whirled on him, snapping. "Oh, shut up!" She snarled. "We don't need another mare in this herd." She pawed at the ground then turned her back and started to graze, shivering slightly against the bitter cold as winter got ready to settle around them.

I looked up at him, eyes stinging with pain. "I . . . she attacked me . . . she snapped my legs . . . Caxx . . . Pozar . . . he doesn't know . . ."

I glanced at Burn. I remembered her faintly, yet I still snorted at her angrily. "Who says you get to choose who whinnies to me or not?" I hissed.

[Um... Zanzibar whinnied to Caxx

Zanzibar chuckled and approached Caxx slowly. He glanced at Burn. Then nudged Caxx.

Cavalia's eyes widened and he let out a blood curddling scream. He looked murderous. "Shady stay with Ash. I'm going to rip off Caax's head."

Burn's ears flattened menacingly. "If having a big, top-ranking herd is Zanzibar's main priority then I don't know how long I'll tolerate him." She huffed, shaking her head. "As long as you don't cause me problems I don't care who joins. But we were supposed to be plotting, and Zanzy's done nothing." And yes, she just called him Zanzy to piss him off.

Shady nodded and went over to console Ash and make her comfortable. She layed beside the mare and nuzzled her softly. "It'll be ok."

Zanzibar whipped around furiously. He stared at Burn with anger filled eyes. Suddenly he heard the blood currdling scream and smirked.

Cavalia came racing towards the blood bath looking murderous. His once crystal blue eyes now looked black with red flecks in them.

Burn rolled her eyes and trotted over to Zanzibar, reaching out as if to nuzzle him, but stopped just before she touched him. She angled her muzzle up so that it was level with his ear, to whisper in it. "Now go get our son," she hissed quietly. "Before I beat your a** into the ground." She would have said something else, something on subject, but her mind was blank right now and she couldn't think of anything to say.
