Tendril | Fire Pack | Huntress | Location: Camp | Tagging: Kassandra, Serafina

Tendril finished up the last of her bites of prey, deciding to leave the rest to Mercy. She licked her lips and opened her mouth once again to speak, but familiar pelts caught the corner of her eye. She turned her gaze and saw Kass and Sera preparing to head out hunting, by the looks of it. They appeared to be speaking to each other, but what they said, Tendril could not hear.
"Looks like some wolves already have a head start." She mused, standing up and shaking out her fur.
"I think I just might go ask if I could join them. Feel more than free to come along." Tendril said with a small smile, dipping her head towards Mercy as she ended the conversation and began to make her way towards the two mentioned wolves.

Approaching with a faint grin on her maw, the Huntress came close to her two packmates.
"Good morning, Kass, Sera." She greeted, offering a few wags of her tail.
"I do not want to intrude, but wished to ask if I could head out with you on a hunt, if you two are preparing to leave." Tendril asked, flicking one of her ears in query as she spoke. She didn't quite want to just.. invite herself, and felt it better to ask permission than just tag along.

Lightning Pack | Fighter | Single | Tags: Fish, Rain , Shadow

Her tail swished , as thoughts went through her head. She was thankful Fish had invited her to join them since she did feel as if she was imposing on their afternoon. The fighter dipped her head to her new friend with a small smile "Very well then. I will go inform Shadow quickly so we can head out once Rain finishes her meal" she said before turning towards the Alpha. She approached and dipped her head to her previous mentor.

"Good morning Shadow" she greeted warmly, with a flick of her tail. She brought her head up to a normal level and offered a friendly tail wag. "I wanted to inform you that Fish, Rain and I are going to go on a patrol" she said softly.

Lightning Pack | Hunter | Single | Tags: Nyx, Smoke, Thessa

Risen nodded at Nyx's words "Have any of you alerted Shadow of the deer? I didn't have a chance too before heading out on this hunt" he said softly "if not, I will let her know when we return" Risen said with a flick of his ear.
He scented the air and looked at Thessa "good scenting. I think you're right. The clearing sounds excellent" he confirmed, trying to be a bit more talkative. Since he wasn't the biggest fan of socializing he didn't want to seem rude when he was. Risen considered his words before responding once again "if there is a buck. I don't mind taking front. If one of us is to get hurt - worst case here , i would rather it be me than any of you"

Fire Pack | Warrior | Crush on Aleck | Tags: Aleck, Octavia

Blaze dipped his head as Octavia began to leave the meidc den. He knew there wasn't much left for him to say without sounding odd. He turned his attention back to Aleck with a smile. "have you eaten yet today?" he asked with a soft flick of his tail. The dark wolf wouldn't let anyone know - he had a habit of showing Aleck the most affection than the other wolves. Perhaps the most affection he had shown ever. He had a genuine what felt like instinct to take care of the medic.

Fire Pack | All Arounder | Single | Tags: Hati, Open due to LOR

Destiny wagged her tail softly as Hati had invited her on the hunt. She dipped her head in thanks "yes please, that would be incredible" she said softly. "It's either that or sit around here and wait until someone needs an extra set of paws" she added in a joking tone. Overall, Destiny was thankful for having a reason to leave the camp that afternoon. She also wouldn't mind getting to know Hati a bit more, as they had only spoken in passing. "Perhaps someone would like to join us" she said before shaking her fur and looking around the camp to see if any other hunters or all - arounders were available.

Lucas | Lightning Warrior | Location: Camp | Tagging: Leo, Louve (mention: Rya)

Lucas had overslept, which wasn't entirely a surprise, for the wolf had become a little lazier since becoming a full warrior. He didn't have to worry about his Trainer barking at him well before dawn to get a move on.
I never want to become a Trainer. He thought as he stretched, finally ready to face the day. Everyone else thinks his some privilege or honor, but it just seems like more chores and responsibilities that neither I nor my Trainee would want to do. He huffed a laugh, shaking any remaining stiffness out of his fur and then padded out of the den to seek for his forever, one and only: Leo.

Of course, Leo might not realize it yet. For all of Lucas' flirting - and Leo's seemingly good reaction to it, it was hard to say if Leo actually felt anything towards Lucas. After all, Leo flirted with everyone! Still, the young white wolf hadn't seemed to settle on one mate in particular yet, so as far as Lucas was concerned, he still had as much of a chance as anyone else. Besides, he and Leo had been the best of friends since... gosh, how long had it been now? He couldn't even recall.

Once he spotted his friend, his crush, his soulmate, he hurried over.
"Hey good-looking." Lucas said, nudging his shoulder affectionately against Leo's. He dipped his head forward to lick Leo's cheek and pulled away with a smile. "What're we talking about?" He glanced over at Louve, wagging his tail a little. "Hey there, Louve." And... was Rya just standing there? How long had she been there? Her eyes seemed a little unfocused. Well, he wouldn't bother her if she didn't want to engage. "Hey, has a border patrol gone out yet? If so, then I guess that means we're pretty much off duty, right?"

Storm | Lightning Warrior | Location: Forest | Tagging: Karter, Aala

Storm rolled her eyes at Karter's greeting.
"I've been around plenty, maybe you just haven't been looking." She glanced between Karter and Aala and then leaned dramatically on Aala, practically falling on the other she-wolf. "Oh, Aala, it's so hard when your best friend seems to only have eyes for you - I get it though, you are oh, so pretty. Not my type, but pretty nonetheless." She regained her footing and smiled at the she-wolf. "Sorry about the tumble, I've just got so much energy today!" She nodded along pleasantly with Aala's invitation, "I think I'll do just that, thank you!" She said and then turned her head to Karter, to answer his questions.

"Well, as per Aala's invite, I'm happy to tag along with your plans." She replied. "But beyond that, no, I can't really think of anything. Do my part to keep those scummy Fire wolves off our lands, sure, but that's the basic standard for my every day. Your plans sound much more fun."

Angel | Lightning Hunter | Location: Camp | Tagging: Blizzard, Mick

Angel fancied himself to be lovely. Not only in the perspective that he was handsome - for indeed, he knew that he was among the better looking wolves of the pack, but also in the way that he was full of love and could pick up on romance very quickly when it was blooming around him.

And goodness gracious, it had to be spring, for the young lovers that were finding one another and flirting up a storm were enough to tint the sky in rosy tones. He watched Lucas run after Leo and practically throw himself at the pale wolf. That's what Leo gets, for offering love so freely to every wolf. I imagine if he doesn't curb that instinct, it'll become quite the battle royale when all of his eligible suitors begin competing for his paw. But Angel supposed that was unfair - Leo wasn't a prize to be won. Still... he was certain that there would be some drama surrounding that young wolf, as if Leo didn't seem to have enough of that in his life.

His eyes turned and he spotted Karter and Aala striding out of camp, only to have Storm burst between the two of them. Hm, a love triangle already? Or was Storm merely feeling threatened that a wolf she seemed to be around frequently was going out on a private patrol with the Scout. It wasn't unheard of for Warriors and the Scout to mingle, but as a lone couple? Angel smiled lazily as the trio padded out of sight.

Finally, he could see Blizzard and Mick speaking to one another in hushed tones. They'd been so cuddly just moments before, but now there seemed to be a tension in the air between the two wolves. Well, Angel could certainly amplify that situation, at least. Whether for the better or the worse, he never knew, but at least it would be a way to kill time - and it looked like they were casting their eyes around for another to enter into their conversation at any rate. Angel was happy to be their saving grace from whatever argument had taken (or not taken, for silent arguments were just as validly upsetting) place.

"Anything I can do to lend my aid?" He called to the pair of wolves. "Do you have a patrol member you're seeking? Or is it something more serious?"

Enui | Fire All-Around | Location: Camp | Tagging: Open (mentions: Max, Cartel, Archer)

Enui had woken before the sun. She had gone out hunting - for mice, of all things. Yes, it was the hunters job to band together and bring down deer, turkeys or the rare boar, but small prey like mice, rabbits and birds were still just as viable prey options. All-Arounds like Enui were meant to go after the smaller prey or assist in hunts. Assuming that they weren't needed for border patrols. She had returned with four mice hanging from their tails to contribute to the prey pile and it was around this time that the rest of the camp was waking.

Arian was the Lead Warrior, but the was not yet a Lead Hunter, to the best of her knowledge, so Enui moved towards the Alpha's Den to receive any news of a hunting patrol. She was not yet tired and wanted to perform to the best of her abilities. However, when she approached, she realized that her Alpha was already in a conversation with two other wolves. She sat nearby, within her Alpha's line of sight and within hearing distance, but she didn't move to interrupt as Archer had. She had intended to be poised as usual, but when Archer referred to their Alpha as your highness her composure crumpled and she barked a soft laugh - she couldn't help it. What manner of address was that?

Red | Fire Warrior | Location: Camp | Tagging: Open

Red had slept, she'd gotten up and lade it maybe three paces before laying back down. It wasn't because she was in pain or distress, she wasn't even particularly tired. There was simply nothing to DO. Sure, she could patrol, but any Warrior worth their muscle could patrol. Besides, last she checked, there were at least eight other warriors in this pack that were plenty able-bodied and could patrol. It didn't mean that she had to do anything at all.

This entire thing is so pointless. She thought as she gazed out at her packmates. Why fight so hard for a pack, in this supposed "war" of ours with the Lightning Pack, when this mundanity is the only prize?

Bianthe insecure huntress

indentationHind paws clenching the soft dirt below them, Ian followed Piper's gaze as she thought about the duo's options. They were conflicted, part of them wanted nothing to do with the bloody raccoon. But prey was prey and food was food. Considering the lack of appetizing prey choices back at camp, Ian felt that there wasn't much of a choice. It wouldn't be a hard kill, for either of them alone, much less together. Huffing softly, Ian nodded their consent. "Alright, it's been too long since I've gotten a chunk or two out of one of those buggers either way." They admitted a loud, unclenching their clawed toes as they carefully and calmly started off towards the direction that the scent was coming from. ;-; I don't have inspiration I'm sorry.

indentationHumming softly, as Arian and Erle passed him on the way to the entrance, the brute hurried to follow, quickly catching up to the duo. Silent as he glanced over the river, the lupin grimaced at the sight of the wet ground. While he was a pretty good swimmer - above average but not astonishingly skilled - Kaz hated the water, which was funny considering the rest of his family adored swimming. Turning his gaze from the rushing water, Kazue turned his attention elsewhere, keeping an eye and an ear on his surroundings.

Blizzard | Warrior | L-Pack | Tagging: Mick, Angel, Waterlilies | Location: Camp

Frustration made Blizzard's for prickle. "I can’t know what you don’t tell me, Mick. Come on, you have to know that." He was glad for being forced to take a deep breath and calm down with the arrival of Waterlilies and Angel. "Waterlilies, Angel, hi! We’d be glad for the company. We're setting up a patrol, gotta get on with the day." He couldn’t deny his relief to be free of the situation for the moment. "If you have some time."

Karter | Warrior | L-Pack | Tagging: Aala, Storm | Location: Forest

"Heh…my job's just to keep our Scout safe and keep Fire wolves off our territory. We don’t need them here." Karter had personal problems with the Fire Pack, beyond just a Pack war. Guilt made his skin prickle. Had he really been so off in his own head, keeping so busy he hadn’t had time to spend with Storm, even when they weren’t on separate patrols? I’ll have to fix that. "Well, you’re welcome with us," he promised. "Glad to have ya along!"

Max | Alpha | F-Pack | Tagging: Cartel, Archer, Enui | Location: Camp

Max dipped his head. It sounded like a plan. "If the hunting party gives you any trouble, you can tell them you’re coming along on the Alpha's orders," he insisted. The sound of a familiar snicker caught his attention, and he turned his gaze towards the source. The All-Around Enui. It didn’t surprise him. She had her opinions, and made them known. Besides, he had a fairly good idea at what she was laughing at, he’d simply not cared enough to laugh himself. He tilted his head to the side. "Is something amusing, Enui?"

Smoke | Warrior | L-Pack | Tagging: Thessadowes, Risen, Nyx | Location: Forest

"Don’t ask me, I’m the Warrior, I’m here for backup and a nice walk. You’d have to ask Thessadowes about that one." Smoke smiled sheepishly, shrugging apologetically. Her gaze flicked towards Risen. "This's the first I’m hearing about any deer, so no news was spread by me. I’ll keep an eye out," she promised. The grey Warrior turned her gaze to the trees and bushes, scanning for sight of deer or elk, or their tracks or scent.

Shadow | Alpha | L-Pack | Tagging: River | Location: Camp

Shadow couldn’t deny she was surprised. So that was what, three patrols out now? If what Aala had just organized counted as a patrol, that is. However, some wolves were uneasy, herself included, and there was certainly no harm in it. She dipped her head to her former Trainee. "Go, then, and whatever the news, be sure one of you reports back to me directly upon your return," she ordered. The white wolf reached forward to gently lick River's ear. "Stay safe."

Toby | Hunter | L-Pack | Tagging: Roque | Location: Forest

"Yes," Toby said, although he didn’t quite agree. What could he do though? He was no fighter, and even if HE was a traitor, his goal was to train a good and loyal wolf, not encourage her to doubt and misinterpret. He had promised to make her the forest's best Hunter, his thoughts relating to the war ought to stay separate from that, and he mentally scolded himself on allowing it to get in the way, even if she’d been the one to ask questions. "We'll take a right at the bend and head further into the forest, prey should be thick there. I want to test your tracking."

Kassandra | Hunter | F-Pack | Tagging: Serafina, Tendril | Location: Camp

"Hah, right you are!" The black she-wolf groomed back an escaped strand of fur. It would only get more ruffled as they moved with the hunt, but so be it. Then a new scent touched her nose, the young huntress Tendril, just before the she-wolf's voice sounded, asking to go with. Kass saw no issues with that, it gave everyone something to do. "Of course, darling, we were just headed out now!"

Móraín | Warrior | F-Pack | Tagging: Blitz | Location: Camp

"Of I wouldn’t want to be Lead Warrior." Well that was a blatant lie. However, it wasn’t something Móraín would dream of challenging now. Arian was more than deserving of the role. There were plenty of hard workers in their Pack, but no one could argue that Arian didn’t deserve the role. She worked hard, dedicated her entire self, heart, mind, body, and soul, to the Pack. "It would appear so," she agreed, dipping her head to Blitz. "Talk to you later."

Leo | Warrior | L-Pack | Tagging: Lucas, Rya, Louve | Location: Camp

Leo's expression lit up at the gentle touch. "Louve just suggested we should head out for a walk, go on patrol while we're at it. Just waiting on Rya's response now." He tilted his head to the side. "You wanna come too?" He asked. What could be better? On duty with his two best friends in the world, and, if Rya chose to come with, someone who may one day become a friend.
