He flattened his ears at the stallion and was ready to charge and chase him off, but his ears pricked in surprise when he heard what he said. "Sister?" He nickered, slowing to a halt. He looked to Kuroshura, then to Gin. "Wait...so you're...this is your brother?"

He wasn't sure what their father was like, but from how Kuroshura talked about him it didn't seem like he did a good job.

Gin followed his gaze. It hurt her to hear that their homeland was burning but she knew it was time to move on from there. "Was it humans?" She asked

"A fire?" He frowned and turned his head, following Kuroshura's gaze. He could see a stream of smokes coming from the mountains in the distance. Thankfully it was far away so it shouldn't be a threat to them. "Do you know how it started?" He asked, turning to look at Kuroshura. He hoped it wasn't humans. He didn't know much about humans, but he's heard many tales about them, and most of them weren't pleasant.

Gabe shrugged. He looked to his mare then to the other stallion. "We go north to the other herding grounds. Hopefully there won't be any humans there." He said with a stomp of his hoof.
