Clare rose in her bed and shook her pelt.

Duke:Loner
Duke, tired of following the aggressive dog, tried to backtrack to his fountain. The myriad of smells of human, dog, and the occasional rat was overwhelming. Try as he might, Duke couldn't make heads or tails out of it all. Sighing, he slipped into an alley behind a small gas station. A pack of stale bagels that was a little bit squashed, leaned next to a crate. The Boxer mix inhaled the bagels. Turning around a few times, he settled down for a nap, exhausted by the fight. His amber eyes were closed with the sun.

Hatori howled to his pack, telling them to go to the pack meeting place to rest for the night. He walked into the alleyway (the meeting place) and sat, yawning.
