{Alright, let me try this then. Wind isn't that hard to get either, just so you know. Oh- and writers block, sorry.}
Wind grazed quietly, ears alert for approaching danger. She munched the green grass, having nothing else to do. She shifted her weight, leaning on her right side more as she moved her head from side to side to get at longer grass around her.
--
Spirit snorted, gazing around. His ears were alert, but his mind wandering. He pawed the ground a bit, flattening the grass beneath his powerful leg. He tossed his mane, restless yet not wanting to run.

xXBring Me The HorizonXx
Horizon, for lack of a better word, strutted along the mountain side, his dusty grulla coat gleaming dully in the sunlight. His dark eyes surveyed his surroundings, keeping a sharp eye out for lone mares and rival stallions. As he made his way around he finally spotted a brown and white mare nibbling at the stalks of green grass. He stopped and watched her for moment, surprised to see her. Lone mares were rare, especially around this time of year--even when spring had just barely come. There was still snow in shaded parts or further up the mountain. He threw his disheveled mane and pawed the ground. The stallion tossed his head and whinnied to her.
xXThe Sky's The LimitXx
Sky lazily sauntered toward the watering hole, her head lowered in between her shoulders and her tail flicking every so often. When she arrived there she lowered her head, the cool water feeling good for her dry throat and quenching her thirst. She was parched.

xXBring Me The HorizonXx
Horizon froze when she looked up, his muscles tensing. He relaxed when she stayed put. Usually mares ran off when he made his presence known. He dared to approach her, and carefully started to trot forward, halting when he was roughly two yards away. "Hello," he greeted her apathetically, yet politely. He flicked an ear as he patiently waited for the mare's reaction.
