Renegade felt the cooler air in her fur as she opened her eyes. The red/brown female yawned as she pushed herself into a sitting position, before moving onto all fours. She shook her coat out as the female let out another yawn. The dame felt the chill in the air which signaled that the winter weather would be upon them. The red/brown alpha padded out of her den, before sitting and looking over the main camp. She noticed a few of her wolves were up and awake, Naki, Inkeri as well as she scented Elkan still in his position at the entrance of their cavern.

The brute opened his eyes as he heard movements around the nests and lifted his head up. He noticed Kazue fixing up and refreshing the nests. The lead fighter watched him for a moment before getting to his paws, shaking his coat out and dipped his head to the fighter. The young adult padded out of the fighters den and looked around the main area. He caught sight of Veille leaving the hunters den and headed towards her. The lead fighter had always thought the female was quite beautiful, but his past made it harder for him to express his true feelings. "Good morning Veille"

She aimlessly padded forward, taking her time as she headed toward the Black Lake. Inkeri was intent on getting a drink of water and then maybe catching a few fish to eat. Though I wouldn't say no to a frog or toad. She thought as she made her way towards her destination. Gazing forward the she-wolf blinked "What stories do the dead tell?" Keri wondered aloud with a soft voice, Jazmine never told us any stories, not that any of us ever asked.

The dusty-colored male hummed and resisted the urge to glance back to see who was awake. Curling his tail around his paws to keep them warm the brute tensed as a set of pawsteps kept getting closer as if approaching him. Turning his gaze to the side Elkan blinked as Naki a fellow fighter appeared at his side. "Good Morning Naki," he returned softly, eyes appraising the wolf before them."I assume that you slept well, little hitter."

indentation Spotting both Tala and Thunder both up and about, the male relaxed. Tala seemed to be on the move, set on getting something done. Though he wasn't sure what in particular she had planned, it at least seemed like she was heading to wake up her hunters. Thunder seemed to be interested in talking only to Veille, causing him to huff softly wondering where that was going to lead. He watched the two for a moment wondering if Elise would have a den-mate in a soon.

There were so few hunters these days, that large hunting patrols that she was used to in her youth, - in her trainee days especially - were rare now. So ignoring the two unbothered wolves she left the hunter's den and quickly caught sight of her targets. Spotting Vielle conversing with Thunder, the she-wolf bit the bullet so to speak, and headed over to the younger wolf; Juno. "Juno, you going hunting?" She inquired gruffly, waiting only but a second before the she-wolf spoke again. "Might I join you on this endeavor, two bodies are better than one, yes?" She added, and though the question was asked it was more a statement than a question.

indentationHe glanced at his new nest, which he didn't use all that often to his tendency to sleep outside. I probably won't use this one much either. Kazue sighed watching silently as Thunder awoke and left the den, then quickly got to work, setting the old nest moss aside and setting up a new nest for the other male. Once he'd put together a rough moss nest the brute nodded to himself and turned to the old moss and started to gather it up so he could go dispose of it. Hopefully, this would keep him busy until he was needed, and because it was a menial task it allowed him to relax and his mind to wander. Exiting the fighter's den and then swiftly out of camp once again, the male set out toward his destination.

The very light off white silvery female squeaked a bit, nearly jumping. She shook her head a couple times, scolding herself. Blue eyes looked to the male. Thunder, he was the lead fighter, and even she had eyes; he was handsome. She pawed at the darkened part of her snout again, to distract herself a moment. Shaking her head, she perked very light creamy ears. She nodded to the other wolf a moment. "Good morning; how did you sleep?" she asked him.

There was currently only one mother, and he wasn't sure she'd even had pups yet. The black phase male pawed at his white muzzle. That and his head and phase were white as he was graying out. Darker ambery eyes glanced about his den a moment. He then let out a breath, heaving himself to his paws and heading out.

She had no way of knowing she'd soon be betrothed...or technically might already be. Shaking out the white streaked fur again, they sighed. They made a small sound as a voice spoke. They glanced to Tala, saying "Oh, good morning. I...don't mind if you go with me," she said, looking around for other hunters but saw Veille was preoccupied with Thunder.

The white furred one twitched creamy ears, then perked them as Elkan spoke. They laughed a little at the nickname, or almost did. The slender and somewhat shorter one focused medium brown eyes. "I slept as well as I could. Hopefully that's a good thing," they said. Sometimes 'as well as one could' meant sleeping too long, but they clearly hadn't slept too long. "Did you sleep well?" they then asked. It was only polite to inquire about that, or so they figured.

The blue orbs checked out all of the herbs, and she let out a breath. She was supposed to know how to do this. She was the healer trainee, after all, but sometimes...sometimes she miscounted. Sometimes she missed things, as well. The white and tan marked gray one shook her head. She flicked her tail again, and continued to look over the herbs, waiting for Aspen to wake or return.

Achillies, laid in the omegas den. Ashamed and embarrassed. How could i have let this happen, i didn't really do anything wrong. what happens to the creatures that get in my way isn't my fault, the alpha had no right to degrade me into a omega, just cause of my actions, they'll see anger clouded the brute, hatred and revenge. He hated everyone really, he sometimes wondered why he never thought about leaving the pack and going on his own. Maybe then he'd have the freedom he so desired. With a loud scuff, Achillies laid his head down, his tail flicking a couple times during his rest.

The pregnant mother was exhausted, her belly low to the ground when she walked or sat down. She felt heavy and overwhelmed by all of it. Besides the whole big belly and burden of being pregnant. The she wolf was truly excited for her family to grow, she thought about her mate, wondering when he was planning on coming to see her. She spent most of her days in the mothers den, sleeping or being awake but uncomfortable. Luckily the she wolf was close, she could give birth to the puppies any time now. She just wasn't sure when, Elise shifted onto her side as she laid inside the mothers den, trying to relax. Elise was a bit restless and a little hungry as well, she wondered what Tiberius was up to for the day, wanting him to come see her for a little, bring something for her to munch on too.

indentation Like always the trek to Black Lake wasn't far, - it would have been concerning if had been - as all that separated the cavern that the pack called home and the lake was about two tree lengths for rocky forests. The well-worn trail was a comfort, to be honest, and Eri often came to the lake to reflect on life. And to go fishing. She chuckled to herself as she stepped over to the side of the lake, the water lapping at her feet. Leaning down the dame started lapping calmly at the lake, taking her fill of the water.

Picking out a nice-sized Perch the brute quickly grabbed it and practically galloped over to the nursery and stepped in. Padding over to the boulder that overlooked the clearing and pond, he dropped off the old moss and then looked around. Climbing around to the side of the boulder so he could climb up it, he was unsurprised by the faint red hue. Maybe some of the rumors hold some truth to them then. The black phase wolf let hazel eyes rest upon Tala's visage. She nodded to the she wolf, and offered a small smile. If Tala wanted to smile back, this was an invitation to do so. If she didn't give a wolf smile back, well... Juno wasn't going to be upset about it. Shaking their body again, they settled a moment. Eyes glanced about, then stopped. She said "If we want to try it, we could go after a deer or two. Well...a mother and fawn, or a couple fawns could do. Otherwise...id say we could try and find turkey or pheasant. A bird on the bigger side," she said.

Even some of the females in the pack might be bigger than them, to be fair, or at least the same height. They didn't mention that they'd dreamed about the past. They'd awoken from that...but quickly fallen back asleep and been fine. They dipped their head a moment. They shook it and raised it, saying "I have no clue, probably more of the usual, but did you notice alpha seemed...odd, or preoccupied?"

The alpha yawned once more before she made her way nimbly through the camp and towards the entrance. She took note of Elkan and Naki talking together. She moved past them and headed out towards the Athamis Woods, moving gracefully through the mountains. The red brown female had always found the woods peaceful and quiet, a way to let go of all the stress and relax even for a few hours. Renegade stepped into the valley, the connecter between the mountains of her pack and its home and the woods. The female stopped by the stream that ran into the valley and drank her fill before carrying on. The valley was barren and cold this morning.

The black patched brute sat down, looking over at Veille. The light silvery colored female had her gaze on him. "I slept well, I hope you did as well" He asked, his voice deep as he brought a paw up to itch at his dual-colored tan and cream muzzle. The black and cream brute knew at least one fighter was awake but wasn't sure if Agatha, his other fighter was. Hopefully, Elise's litter would produce a fighter, having only three fighters wasn't the best for a pack that was still in a rivalling war with the Dark moon pack up on the mountain.

The black-furred brute woke up at his warm nest, yawning he don't even remember when he slept so well as last night, he slept like a dead. e didn't have a trainee yet, so he didn't really have much to do except if something happened to the wolves of the pack. He got out of the healer's den, his eyes looking to at the sky before looking to the cleaning, he had all the herbs or leaves he needed so he didn't need to go collect anything. Sighing he sat down and wondered what he could do now, he could leave Elise to be alone for today as he checked her yesterday and everything was fine, he didn't want to stress the expecting mother too much and he did see Tiberius going to meet his mate.

The pale silver she-wolf woke up and left the trainee's den. Her eyes looked around for anything or anyone which could give her something to do. She was still young and she was not able to do things on her own so she needed to stick with someone. She noticed the lead hunter talking with Juno and guessed what they could be talking about, even if she was too far to hear them. She speed up toward the two, but slowed down before getting too close to them "mornings Tala, Juno....um are you going to a hunt? can I join the hunt if you're going?" she asked her eyes wandering between the two she-wolves.

He once again woke way too early and left the camp to have a solo walk around the territory. The Dark moon pack had a large territory so there was no way for him to watch the whole thing by walking. He didn't see anything abnormal, but he did scent bear tracks going there, but they were getting old, maybe the honey bear was active at night time and was far gone by now. Though he could be never too sure so he could maybe tell the alpha, to make sure that the other wolves are alert for the possible bear going around.

She was up and ready for the day, her eyes looked around the other hunters there, knowing that any time soon the hunting parties need to get out to do some hunting. The alpha was not yet chosen a lead hunter so there was nobody to take a lead in the hunt and she didn't see Klondike anywhere either 'only me and Inkeri huh?' she thought to herself as she looked to the she-wolf in the distance. She looked to the omega den nearby, knowing that the Achillies were still inside there, she felt sorry for him but knew that his actions needed a punishment. She swallowed nervously as she walked closer to the den "Achillies, are you awakened yet? sorry to bother you, but is everything alright?" she asked the red brute.
