His head snapped up at the sound of paw steps, eyes narrowing as he caught sight of Thor. He'd heard about the other dog, both negative and positive, but had decided to withhold judgment. Matrok stayed silent for a time, looking over the other brute with a raised brow. Both impressed and unimpressed. "Matrok." He said in a monotone voice, before returning to his grooming none too rudely dismissing the other male. Matrok didn't see the male as a threat, whether that was a mistake or not remained to be seen.

Ilsu
Mutt - Female - 4 years - Pet
Location: The Park - Tags: Open

She was quick to hunt down the toy, this particular toy had an artificial rabbit scent sprayed on it. So this was both training and play for Ilsu, something the canid appreciated. Gripping the toy in her mouth, Ilsu darted back to her owner, tail wagging wildly. The lass barked happily when she got a pat from her owner and the treat inside. The two repeated this process a few more times before Ilsu's owner got up and said," Okay girl, I'll be back in a few hours to check on you. Be good, or no more treats for a week." The human left, leaving Ilsu standing there with a betrayed look on her face. "But I'm always a good girl!" She snorted, even I know that's a lie.

Lily’s eyes soon fell on a dog who was making his way to the agility course (one of Lily’s favorite places in the park). She followed him inquisitively, making sure to keep a good distance between himself and her. It was almost like she was herding, and instinct that was innate to her being a Border Collie. Once the male stopped moving, Lily laid down, her tail swishing behind her as she watched the male.

Thor’s gaze shifted to Matrok, whose demeanor was both refreshing and unexpected. He was used to most dogs here being over-exuberant and over the top. Luckily for Thor, this dog wasn’t that way. However, Thor wouldn’t let this brute’s dismissal go noticed. ”Are you one of those dogs who can only say their name, Matrok?” Thor grumbled, looking at the male with a stern expression.

Urby ~ Female ~ Mutt ~ 7 yrs

Urby slowly lowered herself from her owner's van. Her legs have been slowly weakening, making it hard for her to get in and out of the great machine. This, of course, wouldn't stop her from going to her beloved park. As her owner went to work on a bench, she trotted to the dog bone pool. As she walked, she gently wagged a greeting to her park friends. She grabbed a chew bone and waded into the shallow end of the pool. She sat and contently chewed on the bone, her fluffy tail wagging slowly.

He held back a snort, but again in that monotone voice said," No." Matrok wondered if anyone had ever realized that he was just a giant troll. Probably not. "What'd you want Thor?" He asked in a bored tone, glancing around the area to search for his sister, before turning his gaze to the other male. I wonder if Ilsu will be mad if I start a fight? Matrok smirked and gave a snort of laughter. Right, yeah she'd eat me alive.

She snickered as she watched her owner leave, only frowning as the human left her sight. Time to get to work. Looking around Ilsu wondered who she'd take the time to track today. Giving her jaws a lick, the canid let her face fall into a more serious look. Tail high with confidence the black-furred female trotted away from the bench that her human had been at and started to walk around the park. She eye'd other dogs as she passed, giving the few that she knew from hunts a nod.

bella sat and watched as nicole, her and dolly's owner, tried to get dolly to learn the basic agility course obstacles. she rolled her bright golden eyes as the pup seemed completely clueless at what nicole was trying to get her to do, and nicole seemed a little frustrated. bella and dolly belonged to a rich lady, they lived in a three story mansion, 13 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a massive kitchen, a huge play area for dolly and herself, a massive pool out behind the house and a large pond with a big sprinkler that was full of coy fish. dolly tried to eat them but usually found herself falling in and having to get out with bella's help. she flicked her ear and her gaze fell on thor and matrok, she rolled her eyes, and wondered over a posh voice as she spoke "enough both of you.. i don't recognise either of you and you both reek of rubbish... but there are children here, if you wish to cause an issue, take it somewhere else." she spat, the last part, slight protectiveness over the fact they may cause a problem in front of darling little dolly. if her turquoise collar with real diamonds stitched in wasn't enough to say she was owned by a person with a tonne of money, her beautifully clean shiny coat which smelt of vanilla and roses would definitely would make a point. she didn't dare sit down, she wouldn't sit in the vicinity of such... filth, now, don't go judging miss bella-rose, it wasn't her fault she was brought so posh. her human was so much worse, when she took her and dolly for walks, the woman wore tight clothes and always wore 5-6 inch heels. it was hard for bella to see any it any other way.
