Malcolm "Mac" / 3 yo male Scottish terrier / Lead fighter / his den / open

Mac sat up and stretched. As he yawned, he ran his tongue over his over-sized teeth, teeth that could end a badger's life with a swift snap. Shaking his thick brindle coat vigorously, he padded out with a small shiver as the cool morning air hit him. He looked about inquisitively, his eyes adjusting to the wan light.

Noloki sat, near the leaders' den, as he awaited some gossip. Tenrou walked over to him, and asked about the borders of the territory, and whether they were secure and what not. After finishing up his talk with Tenrou, Noloki looked miserable,
so many attacks had come up recently killing so many of the dogs in the pack. The pack had shrunk so small, that they were at a number of 6 dogs. Even their leader, was killed. Noloki was to become leader soon, and as miserable as he was, he wasn't sure if he could take such a high rank.

Tenrou looked at Noloki, and began to feel sympathy for him. ``How about we go hunting together? Everyone's hungry, and needs their breakfast, and you look... Just plain miserable.`` He said, tilting his head a bit towards the left. Noloki nodded, and they began towards the hunting grounds.

Aspen sat and gazed out onto her camp. She felt pride knowing they were the strongest and most brutal dog pack in the area, even with the considerable amount of tragedy they had been through. She closed her eyes and took in a deep breath of the crisp morning air.

Ashton squinted his eyes shut further when the sun pierced through the walls of his den. Annoyance shot through him as he realized he wouldn't be getting anymore sleep. He groaned, got up and shook out his pelt. He squeezed out of the opening, his broad shoulders barely making it through. He nodded to his sister who was sitting outside as well. He looked around to see who else was awake.

He added when he saw the Beta's downcast face. "Tae lookit te bright side, t'attacks've stopped fer now." He looked between the two, his brow furrowing. "Did I interrupt sommat?" He asked, tilting his head.
