[Name] My name is Verity, it's quite a pleasure to meet you. Verity means 'truth', which fits me rather well.
[Gender] I am a female, but I'm glad you don't assume all Saluki mixes are feminine.
[Age] This is quite a rude question to ask a Fae, shame on you for not listening to your mother. But, if you must, I am three years young, in my prime.
[Rank] I am the pack's healer, quite proudly.
[Breed] Though Saluki seems to be my only breed, I am actually half Greyhound, attributing to my magnificent speed.
[Weight] 66 lbs
[Height] 72 cm
[Speed] 45 mph
[Fur Colour] Ginger and cream.
[Eye Colour] Amber, with flecks of gold.
[Body Type] Lean and slim. I may look skinny, but I assure you I have quite a bit of muscle in me.

[Rank Desired] I wouldn't trade the rank of Healer for even alpha; I am perfectly contented with where I currently am placed, but thank you for the offer.
[Fears] If anything, I'd say my biggest fear is another dog dying at my paws. I can't stand the thought of failing to save an innocent life. It's a lot of pressure being a healer just for that reason. Luckily, this hasn't happened yet.
[Dreams] I dream to be the dog to deliver the alpha's pups if a litter is ever born. It'd just be such a blessing to be the first to lay eyes on a strong new generation of alphas.
[Goals] My one true goal is to help the pack out in all ways possible for as long as I am a healer. Until my time comes to become a wise one, I will do my absolute best to take care of the sick and strengthen the weak, perhaps send a message to other dogs to follow in such kind and graced paw steps.
[Accomplishments] Well, simply earning my title as healer is an accomplishment in itself, I do believe. Other than that, I haven't really accomplished any near death recoveries or litter deliveries.
[Likes] I like to have nice conversations with other dogs amongst the pack, as well as take care of the sick and help the weak when they are feeling hopeless. It fills my heart with absolute joy when I watch pups play, and even more so when I get to participate and interact with them, as I cannot have pups of my own.
[Dislikes] Conflict of any sort really scares me off. I don't like fights, both verbal and physical, and hunting isn't up my alley of interests, either. Blood, outside of my profession, is big no. Shouting, loud noises, aggression, and fierce storms.
[Strengths] If you hadn't guessed, I'm quite a good healer. One of the best in the forest, if you ask me. Perhaps even the only, honestly. I'm also a good sprinter, one of the fastest in the pack, though I don't often get to show this skill off since I'm usually cooped up in the healers den all day long. I can also endure the sight of even the worst, goriest injuries, unlike a lot of other dogs.
[Flaws] I am sterile, meaning I cannot give birth to pups of my own. I was never fixed, I was just born this way. So, the thought of never having opus often gets me down, but perhaps one day a mother will be kind enough to grace me with one or two of her own to adopt and raise, as if they were mine. I fear I may be a bad mother because of my lack to bear pups, but I try not to let that get me down.
[Positive Traits] I am very peppy and bright in even the saddest of situations, as long as it's appropriate. Of course, in times of death and mourning, I calm and quiet down quite a lot, almost to the point of seeming sick. Once I do get sad about something, it haunts me constantly, and for a long time. However, it is very hard to get me down. The biggest thing that hurts me is anything negative about pups. Abuse, death, runs, anything bad about them really works me up. I rarely snap when yelled at, I simply sulk and submit, which isn't always positive, but isn't necessarily negative either.
[Negative Traits] Like I just mention, I go straight into submission if I am confronted or yelled at in harsh way. Whenever I am sad, it shows greatly, and I sometimes literally worry myself sick about scenarios and thoughts that haven't even happened yet, no matter how impossibly farfetched they may be. I'm also probably one of the worst fighters you'll ever meet. That's why I'm glad to be the healer, as it requires absolutely no fighting or killing, unless I have to put a suffering dog down and out of their misery upon request. Sometimes I'm a bit too respectful to the upper ranks, and so I get a bit stiff, nervous and careful around them, making me seem like a no-fun, stuck up fae.
