i felt weird doing a short one so i made it long, i hope you guys don't mind <3 ))

Hello! My name is Klein! It means 'small' or 'tiny' in Afrikaans. It think it suits me because i'm small. I'm growing bigger though, thanks to the pack. I love the pack very much. I owe them so much. Oh, and you pronounce my name like this: 'cl-i-ne'. I'm a girl, if you couldn't tell from looking at me. I don't blame you if you thought I was a boy though, because I have dark fur. I don't really act all that 'lady-like' either - I don't mind getting my paws dirty. Oh, and i'm straight by the way, i'm not sure what other sexualities there are? I'm four months old, so I have no idea what they all mean.

My rank at the moment is 'pup', but when i'm older I don't mind what rank I get. I think the 'scout' rank sounds pretty fun. But i'll have to work for that obviously, so when i'm old enough to go hunting with the pack, i'll have to prove that I can hunt. I hope I do well!

Oh, um, my personality? Well...I love to play a lot. I have nothing else to do really except for try to hunt small animals, and trying not to get eaten by big animals. I usually do as i'm told, since I should be obedient. I think i'm quite brave too, I once stood up to a hyena by myself! The pack had to go on a hunting trip and they forgot to leave someone with me to watch me, so I was by myself, and a hyena found my hiding place. I would do anything for the pack, even if it does mean disobedience. So I tried to fight this huge hyena thing. I don't even know if it was a hyena now, it was so big! Well, i'm small, so...Yeah, it was a hyena. The hyena gave up and ran away when the pack arrived, but I had held it off and survived - with bruises and bitemarks of course. But I still did it. But back to my personality - i'm actually really loud when I want to be, but i'm not demanding. I accept what i'm given. But i'm not afraid to speak my mind. I guess you could say i'm adventuruous and curious about everything, I want to learn how to be a big strong dog like all the others. I love to muck around and be silly too! All the big dogs are boring sometimes, so i've gotta keep myself entertained. Mostly by chasing my tail.

So how did I end up in the pack in the first place? My parents were trying to form a pack, and they had a litter of ten. Including myself. But one day, they had to find food around the humans. It was a last resort though - there was too much competition between other packs and predators. Every time they tried to hunt, a lion would come along or something. They were both shot and killed that day. Us pups had followed our parents, not realising that there was danger. My brothers and sisters were all shot except for me and one brother. We had escaped. But of course, we weren't old enough to survive on our own. My brother died of starvation. But I was found with my dead brother by the pack, and I was taken in.

ｎａｍｅ;; "I am Alaska" ~This lovely lady is Alaska. Her full name is unknown to anybody but her as she does not divulge information lightly. If you manage to get her full name out of her then you are a lucky person. As far as everybody knows; her mother gave her the name because she loved the sound of a country called Alaska.
ｇｅｎｄｅｒ;; "Take a guess" ~Alaska is 100% female

ｒａｎｋ;; "I am a dominant female hunter" ~As Alaska said, she is a dominant female hunter. Since the day she joined the pack, she worked her way up the ranks until she settled here. She would of course prefer to be higher but she is quite happy with her current position
ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌｉｔｙ;; "Never judge a book by its cover" ~As a stranger; Alaska is a snappy, sarcastic, feisty fae with a fiery temper. She can be loving and caring though; once you prove yourself trustworthy. She is not one to judge on looks alone but is light tempered and suspicious of dogs she has never met before. As a huntress, Alaska is brutal, her patience is unmatched. She has been known to stalk prey for months during the lean times. She is not stupid however, this fae is cunning and clever with a witty mind and a tongue as sharp as a knife. Her tactics can be dangerous and reckless but she will always bring home the bacon. As a mother, a friend or a mate; she is kind, soft and loving with a wild adventurous side that can't be tamed. She looks after her loved ones first and always watches their backs. No matter how tough the situation, she will keep a clam head and never stab you in the back. As calm as she may be, Alaska is outgoing and always the source of trouble. Overall; it depends on how well you know Alaska. Strangers think she is cold and untrustworthy, prey fears her and her loved ones are the only wolves who know the real Alaska.
ｈｉｓｔｏｒｙ;; "Its a long story" ~Alaska's past is a sad story, but it gets better as you go along. She was born to a severely sick fae called Dionne. Her father; a lone dog by the name of Kiowa, had run off with her mother to start a new pack. But soon after the pups were born, Dionne died due to her illness, leaving the pups motherless. Kiowa did everything he could for the pups, but without a mother, three of the seven died instantly. Two other were killed when Kiowa was out hunting, leaving his only litter at two; Alaska and her brother Nata. Kiowa raised the two pups, all the time searching for a new pack to join. When she was just seven months old, a flash fire broke out in the small shrub land where Alaska and her family lived. In the confusion caused by the smoke, Alaska became separated from her father and brother. She panicked, and rushed north, to where the forest ended. As she reached the edge, of the forest, she unknowingly ran right of the edge of a cliff face into the sea below. Half drowned and lost, Alaska washed up on the shore. She was lucky though, her brother Nata, who had survived the fire, found her and nursed her back to help. Despite their young age, Alaska and Nata did very well, surviving alone but for each other for another two months. Their father had perished in the fire, and unknown to the two pups, they were now orphans. In the search for their father, the two pups wandered into the pack territory. The alpha at the time, an old dog called Kiata, took pity on the two pups, and admired them for surviving without a parent for so long. Alas, at age one and two months, the men came. The had traversed the plains and entered wild tribes territory. A few dog rushed to fend them off, but none came back. Nata was one of the wolves that had tried to stop the men. Alaska grieved for her brother but soon learned that the only way to survive in this world was to work, and work she did. She has worked her way up the chain to dominant female hunter and always aims higher..

NaFasi || Alpha || Male

Our home sight was our sanctuary thus far, no poacher knew of it's existence so far and NaFasi planned to keep it that way. The large rock formations in the middle of the heated plains belonged to Fasi and his pack, providing them with the much needed shade and a small amount of shelter, mostly only used during the stormy months. Just to the side of the rock was a small oasis, just enough for a few dogs to bathe in at once. The oasis was the main source that kept them alive but it was also a source of their problems. There was not much water in this area of dry land and the animals that inhabited there fought for every drop they could find, often leading to unwanted visitors of all kinds. NaFasi watched as the sun began to rise over the horizon, dipping his paws into the water one by one. Letting the cool water flow through his toes. He looked around, partially to see if any of his pack had awaken yet and partially to keep an eye on the oasis.

A tiny dark-furred african wild dog pup scampered towards the oasis that NaFasi, the alpha male, was dipping his paws in to. Klein's pawsteps were light, so she wouldn't have woken up any sleeping packmates. She smiled as she approached the alpha, keeping her head low in submission. "Good morning, sir." The pup greeted NaFasi with a wag of her little tail, and she sat down beside him, looking down at the water in front of her and the alpha. There wasn't much water around these days, so she knew the importance of it.

Nafasi looked down at the small pup. He liked to look over her and help raise her in what ways he could. "Hello Klein, what are you doing up so early, you should be sleeping still?" the alpha spoke to the pup softley and gently. He did not want to startle the pup, nor did he want to wake up the others if they were not already awake. He lowered his muzzle to the water and took a few drinks as he watched Klein, waiting to hear what she had to say.
