Introduction
The Musher
Jean puts on her thick boots, heavy jacket, and a warm hat all in preparation to pick up her delivery in town, in the freezing place of Cantwell, Alaska. The population is two hundred and eleven people mostly white and one-fifth American Indian. Here in Cantwell, sled dogs are the soul to living. Without them the town would go to ruins. They use the dogs for transportation, delivering cargo, and of course the races. Now back to the story. Jean walks outside and hooks her old and loyal friend, Muna, to the harness of her sled and heads into town.
The Team
Darkness encloses the nervous dogs. Trapped in crates with small holes being bumped about in a moving truck, they know nothing of the place they are being shipped. Some of the dogs have grown up together, and others are total strangers, but they are all still very young (1-3 years old). The moving stops and voices are heard outside. Light floods into the crates as the dogs squint they’re eyes from the bright snow reflecting the sun. People unload them off the truck and just as they do Jean pulls up to the mailing post.
The Musher
Jean pulls up to the mailing post just in time, her new sled dogs were here. Before she did anything she walked over to a man known as Jed Beckley, “ I can’t thank you enough Jed, this really means a lot.” Her voice was sincere and enthusiastic. Jed had taken some of his team’s offspring plus some new dogs and sold them to Jean. Jed is a national champion when it comes to sled dogs and so he gave the team to Jean for a reasonable price. “ Stop by anytime and tell me how they work for you. I’ve been training them since pups so they will be in top-notch condition. The younger one’s need more discipline, but overall they’re good to go.”

Mini-Mod: In need of a mini mod to help me with the plost if you're interested message, thanks.
SUMMARY:
Basically her friend Jed (played by mini-mod) is a national champion when it comes to being a musher. He has the top sled team. Jed prepares a team for Jean, a newbie at having a sled team, from a mixture of his own team's offspring(some not blood related). Jed and Jean are close-nit and it's more of a friendly challenge. He helps her on the way and only time can tell if Jean and her team is ready.
There are eight huskies on each team (Jed and Jean ). There may be more later in the story. Two at the Front, Six in the Middle, and Two at the Last. Jean's dogs will be more inexperienced than Jed's dogs who are experts at what they do. Two characters per person to start out with then if we have gaps there can be two per person but no more than two unless I find an exception.
