Welcome to court. The king has chosen you to become a part of the new
court he is building from scratch, citing a deep distrust he felt within the
ranks. Many are doubting his judgement, blaming his youth in this rash
decision. In order to keep the kingdom in his hands, the new court he is
assembling must run like clockwork.

Welcome to Like Clockwork, an RP set within a troubled court during the
1700s. This is a limited number RP with a set amount of characters,
certain ones of which have pre-established relationships or marriages.
Drama and relationships are a must in this roleplay, as what is a court
without a little intrigue?

Some notes about schedules:
Any character can plan an event, whether it be a birthday or a walk in the gardens, just PM me with what event it is and what day it is on as well as what characters are invited to attend, if it is something small. Every character will be invited to attend something large like a ball.

A day will end after 3 real life days, or when everything that was supposed to happen on that day has finished.

Each season will have 10 days, so birthdays will list the day, the season, and the year they were born. Example: the seventh of winter 1700

King Phillip II was born into royalty, being the only son of Queen Isabelle and Kind Phillip I. He was trained in royal skills, and excelled. However, Phillip lost his parents when he was just 8 years old. He was not allowed to become king until he was 18, but once he did he immediately saw corruption within his court. He waited until the shock at his young reign died down before removing the entirety of his court and replacing them with new, younger nobles from across his land.
