Ryann awoke to her alarm, instantly sitting up and muting it. The girl rubbed her tired eyes, letting out a small yawn. "Hey kiddo, you heading to work?" her foster father asked through her door. "Yeah, I'm gonna walk again" she announced, pulling herself off of the mattress and pulling on a new change of clothes that consisted of black sweats and a grey band tee shirt. She walked into the bathroom, washing her face and brushing her hair before putting it into some boxer braids and leaving to retrieve her phone. Once she grabbed it she grabbed the prepared gym bag and skidded downstairs to meet Bradley in the kitchen. "Alright, I'm gonna go now, call me if you need anything and I'll be right home" she promised with a smile. He didn't knew she fought-hell, he didn't even know she didn't have a real job. She left the house after saying goodbye and started walking, which was pretty short considering she lived pretty close to Overthrow. She walked into the building, greeting familiar employees and trainers before going downstairs to greet Jeremy who had been standing quietly, looking at the ring. "Hey oldie" she greeted playfully as the man turned to send her a friendly smile, "Hey Solars, how many people you training today?" he asked in a tired voice, "As many people that walk into my training room" she shrugged, "You're a good person Ryann" the old man nodded, "Thank you, I still can't believe Talia retired to make me the captain of the team fighters..it's still a shock to me" she nodded along, "Yeah, but it's worth the small shock, it's refreshing and I know you'll train 'em good" he laughed, continuing to mop. "Didn't you already mop that?" she asked, "yeah, but the image of the blood on the mat is still in my mind, I'm going to mop it until it fades" he said quietly, looking down at the mat. "Understandable Jeremy, I'll catch you later, I've gotta go upstairs to wait for the fighters" she said, dismissing herself with a wave and a smile before leaving and jogging back upstairs to wait for her team members.

Daniel let out a small sigh, "Oh Daniel you've gotta go, your shift at the library starts in twenty minutes!" his mother exclaimed, Daniel letting out a small laugh. "Don't worry mum, I'll get there on time, I'm leaving right now, I'll be home a bit later tonight, I love you" he promised, giving his mother a small kiss on the cheek, "Love you Ana!" he shouted to his sister who was upstairs in her room. He gave his dalmatian a few good pets, smiling at him, "I'll be back later Pongo, Ana will walk you, be a good boy" he told him, as if he understood humans. Daniel left the house, getting in his car and driving to Overthrow. Yes he said he had a '12 hour shift' at the library but truth was, he was off today and he heard about Overthrow through a friend and he felt like checking it out. He pulled up to the small building, parking his car on the street and locking it before making his way inside, looking around curiously.

Aspen finished her sisters' bowls of cereal. "Okay Angi, Aly, I'll be home later, mums upstairs if you need her, I love you guys" the girl promised, kissing each of their heads before slipping out of the house. She made her way to her motorcycle and revved the engine. She rode down to Overthrow, parking in the back lot and making her way through the back entrance, greeting the familiar employees and trainers. She popped her head into the basement to say hello to Jeremy. "Yo Jer! How's your morning been?" she asked enthusiastically, "Hey Aspen, It's been well, go head on up and say hi to some of the new trainees" he suggested, Aspen nodding, "If you say so" she shrugged sarcastically, "Catch you later Jer!" she threw behind her shoulder before leaving the basement. Her and Jeremy were close, he was like a father figure to her and she deeply trusted the older man. She made her way upstairs, her silver hair shining in the light as she looked for new trainees to greet.

Jack hugged his little sister, "I'll be back later pumpkin" he told his little sister, leaving and shutting the door behind him before getting into his car. He started the engine, letting out a small sigh. When he got home what would his mother say? She'd surly scoff at him or start some sort of argument with him like last time. He turned the radio up in hopes of calming his state while driving, soon enough pulling up at Overthrow. Jack parked in the back, entering through the back doors and going straight into the basement to greet his number one 'fan' and biggest father figure. "Ah! Jack! How you been?" the old man asked with a cheerful tone, "I've been better, my mom's gonna be pissed again though, she was still asleep when I left" he admitted with a humourless chuckle, Jeremy walking over. "Kid you needa fix things with her, I don't care if you don't want to but you should at least try-or you'll be my age and regret it still. Trust me." the man advised carelessly, looking at the younger boy. "I try to-I do, but it's something new everyday, I just don't wanna come here all mad" he shrugged. "But you do know this is what Overthrow is for, to relieve anger.." the old man teased playfully, in attempt to lighten the mood. "Yeah I know that you walnut, I just-" "I get ya kid, don't worry. Now, go on upstairs, I've got an extra Pepsi in the mini fridge in the closet" the old man laughed, "You have a mini fridge in your janitors closet?" the boy asked with a chuckle, "No, I was messin' with ya" the old man laughed, Jack falling into the laughter too. "Alright man I'm gonna head up, gotta go see if there are any other singles who want to train together, I figured company could do me good, and my trainees will be getting here soon and we have a train session with the team fighters..so it will be interesting" he explained excitedly, the old man nodding. "Alright, I'll see you later Spades" the man waved, Jack letting out a chuckle at his own stage name, "See ya Jeremy" and with that he made his way upstairs to the lounge by the front door, awaiting on his trainees.
