Welcome, to Barringer High School! You're all here for some reason or another. Whether it's family tradition, you want to be stronger, you love competition, or your parents forced you to come. We are the badgers, and you'll soon come to find that this school is... quite special. You see, we don't have just regular academic courses here at Barringer. This is a Fight School. Which means instead of math, science, and all those type subjects, we have these:

Riflery
Archery
Melee
Strategy
Fencing
Boot Camp
Hand-to-Hand

There are teams for different kinds of combat, and we often enter competitions with other Fight Schools. So, maybe you'd like to join a team! There is a hand-to-hand team, a melee team, and a fencing team.

Another thing you might need to know: There are no boundaries here. We do not choose fights based on sex, only on weight class. Boys can hit girls, and girls can hit boys. As long as it's a fair fight, there is no discrimination.

RP RULES:

-Don't be mean to anyone. If you disagree, take it to PM.
-This is semi-lit. I want at least two sentences, and good grammar and punctuation. None of this "She glanced at him. She smiled." stuff. It's hard to reply to.
-Tess' Rules. Self-explanatory. If you haven't read them, go do it.
-Try not to curse too often, but when you do make sure to star it out.
-No god-modding, mini-modding, or power-playing. I love if you're a helpful person, but I'm the only one who should be accepting or dealing with problems. Don't act like other people's characters are yours. If you have a suggestion, PM them. No Mary Sues or Gary Stus. If a catch one, you will have to fix them, make a different character, or leave the rp.
-Please be reasonable.
-Fade to black or time skip when needed. Although I doubt any stuff like that will happen.
-Please use my form.
-Keep genders even as much as possible. You can have two girls and two boys.
-When talking OOC, make sure to use ((...))[[...]]{{...}} or anything like that to make it clear.
-Characters must be between the ages of 14 and 18. This is high school.
-Have fun!

SCHOOL RULES:

-No fighting out of class.
-No opposite genders in dorms after 7:30 pm.
-Be punctual.
-Attend all assemblies. If we call you to the main gym, it's to tell you something important.
-Don't be out of your dorms past 10:00 pm.
-Ask permission before leaving campus.
-Wear reasonably modest clothing.

The Emos
These kids aren't usually that good with people, and most have a really weird sense of humor. They usually have a harder home life, and are very protective of their friends. They love music more than basically anything.

These kids are the lovechildren of hipsters and nerds. They love irony, good music, and things that most people probably wouldn't like such as Hawaiian pizza or small run-down apartment buildings. They are very free-minded and strong-willed.

The Preps
These kids are the cute ones. The innocent ones. They get really unironically excited about glitter and school dances. You can usually see them wearing sundresses and helping small children. That doesn't mean they're not just as strong as everybody else here, though.

Attached to each dorm is a bathroom such as this one. Make sure to keep it clean. An RA will inspect your room and bathroom once a week to make sure everything is up to code.

This is the Recreation Room, or Rec. Room for short. It has couches, music, vending machines, and a snack bar. This is where the kids come when they're out of class.
