Dylan leaned back on his seat as he gave a small smile. Though he was surprised. Ashley. He liked it. It had a nice ring to it. "Pleasure to meet you too, Ashley." He nodded very lightly. His smile widened to a small grin when the number was brought up. "Anytime." He just said, before taking a glance at the cup. "Oh, the drink? Yeah, it's pretty great. I'm sticking to this more often." He lifted the cup up a little, and took another sip.

Usually, she made the first move, but she liked to be on the receiving end too. She didn't want to do all the work. "And I'm glad you like the drink. So, how long have you been in this little town? I haven't seen you around, surprisingly." She questioned, lifting a thin brow in curiosity. The barista moved into this town only a few months ago, so she was still new to the place.

"Okay, Penny! It's time for a walk." Meghan exclaimed, watching the dachshund's body begin to shake in excitement. She crouched down, clipping the leash onto the dog's harness. Briefly, she adjusted the canine's coat - a cute jacket that would keep her warm. She straightened up, gripping the leash in her hand. Opening the door, she hopped down the few steps and walked down the driveway to the sidewalk with her canine at her side.

Eventually, Daniel grew bored of sitting by himself, so he attempted to converse with the male from earlier. He hopped from his seat and picked up his mug of hot chocolate. He walked over to the table where Tomek was sitting and sat down across from him. "I hope it's okay if I sit here. I'm Daniel, by the way." He introduced himself, giving the male a grin. Hopefully, he wouldn't be pushed away or ignored. He simply wanted to speak with someone, since he liked to interact with other people.

Hearing her comment, a chuckle escaped Graham's lips. "It's fine- I understand. I had a girlfriend, but it didn't turn out well, unfortunately." He murmured, focusing his gaze on his hot chocolate. They had been together for five years, and he couldn't understand why things turned out the way they did. He came to realize that the girl wasn't who he thought she was. She wasn't the one who he was going to spend the rest of his life with. Giving a smile, he reached over to pat Felcity on the shoulder.

Hearing his laugh, Ashley's smile seemed to widen. She liked the sound of his laugh and fond it rather cute. "No, it's fine. We had our eyes set on each other." She mused before nodding her head slightly. "That's probably one reason. I've only been here for three months. My apartment complex isn't too far from here, actually." She added, yet she couldn't help but think it sounded too suggestive, and she hadn't meant it like that. But, of course, she wasn't easily embarrassed by her words, so she was able to shake it off. "What did you major in?"

"Calm down, Penny. You're small, but this is difficult on ice." Meghan scolded her small dog, gently pulling back on the leash. She continued walking until Penny spotted a squirrel scurrying across the snow. She had to speed up to avoid slipping on the ice, but she did so anyway. Unfortunately for her, she ended up slipping on her butt- right in front of someone. She scrambled to stand up, and she managed to continue slipping and sliding. Thankfully, Penny hadn't wandered too far from her.

Skylar set the cup down gently on the table, her hot chocolate gone. She wiped her mouth with a napkin then waited until the waitress came back. "Refill please." She said and handed her the money for another one. The waitress took the money gratefully and walked off leaving Skylar alone again. She sighed and pulled out a book on medieval forbidden love. She felt calm as she read, alone and silent at that little table with an empty seat across from her.

Christina was lost in thought as she walked on the icy sidewalk, and the snow was falling down as usual. She was thinking of what to do. She could bring her dog with her, and maybe they could walk together. Suddenly, she bumped into another girl, giving her a harsh pull out of her thoughts. She looked down to see the girl fall right on her bottom on the sidewalk. Her eyes widened a little, as she took a step back. She had to hold back a laugh, as she noticed the dog with her. "Need a hand?" She asked, holding out her glove-covered hand to help her up.

He looked over at the cash register, it appeared the barista was busy flirting up a costumer. "Not this one, here move over about three feet." He told him and, without really thinking about it, he slipped his hand into the other boy's and helped him down to the available register. The barista there smiled and asked what they would order. Rie hadn't really thought of it, he'd been too caught up in trying to help Sasha. "You can order first if you know what you want." Said in his direction, then glanced down at his much paler hand in his and casually let go, knowing it'd be fine because he had a grip on the counter now.

He allowed himself to be guided over to the other cashier and nodded a little, only letting go of the other male's hand as well when the other male let go first. He pushed his hair away from his eyes a little and looked at the cashier, or, better saying, over to the direction he had heard her voice come from. "A hot chocolate and a nut cookie, please.." He ordered, rummaging through his pockets to grab his wallet.

I sat in my kitchen at the table for maybe a half hour, waiting for Annabelle to reply, but she never did. I had eaten a bagel and drank two cups of coffee. I took a deep breath after cleaning up my mess and wrapped myself in my black green day tour dates jacket. I was still new to the town, so I had decide to go and walk around outside. When I finally embraced the outside cold, I regretted the exploration a small bit. I put up my hood and took out my phone, sticking in single ear bud in my left ear and playing a mix of blink 182, green day, all time low, and pierce the veil. As I walked around it was lightly snowing, and I saw two boys ahead with boards. I bit my lip, stalling my walking for a minute. I looked around and just put my head down as I began to walk again.

I woke up at six, as usual, ate breakfast, drank a couple cups of coffee, and played a little of my bass. My neighbor knocked on my door, asking me to stop. When she asked,I still had my guitar around my shoulders, so I strummed it loudly, and smiled. She left, but returned a few minutes later, and cut my strings. Limited electric blue bass with toxic/acid green strings. I flipped her off and ashamed my door shut in her face. I grabbed my Attila pullover hoodie and shouted out on, grabbed my bass and phone, and walked out of the apartment complex and walked to the guitar shop.
