Devin James Williams/male/22 years old/Tags: Sage/Location: Outside of house/Pansexual
Devin nodded to him and said, “I just got here so I have yet to see any crew around here. Huh Sage, it’s a very nice name.” He looked around and then put his gaze on Sage and said with a chuckle, “So much better than my own name. I mean Devin who names their kid such a bland name as that. Sage screams I’ve got a unique name.” He sighs and then shakes his head saying, “Huh, but I was dragged here by my sister, Brenna. I guess it’s big brother's instincts that agreed to go with her. As much as I wanted to stay home, curiosity got the better of me. What brought you here Sage?” It couldn’t hurt to get to know people more right? I mean he would be living with them for a year so he had to get to know the people around him.

Devin stared at the pool. It had lights underneath it kind of illuminating the pool, but it was almost midday so it didn’t show. The young man had looked around some more before he noticed things, “um… were the last people out here. I think everyone else went inside. I think it would be wise of us to do the same. I don’t wanna be the last person to claim something if that’s what people are doing.” Devin shook his head and said, “Besides, I think that it’s about time we go in the house, maybe meet some other people or we could put the stuff we brought away. How rude of me to not ask and assume things, do you have bags? If you like I could help you inside. I have one suitcase and my backpack so I have no problems helping you out.”

Luciano DeLuca | 26 | Tagging: Jess

"Well I wouldn’t have asked if I wasn’t offering," Luciano pointed out. That should've been obvious, but he only smiled and took the bag from her with ease. It was lighter than he had expected, honestly. Not that he was about to complain about that! He nodded and gestured towards the stairs before adjusting the strap of his own bag on his shoulder. "Well, lead the way then, I’m right behind you," he promised.

So far, Luciano had only met Emma and Jessika, but both of them seemed like quite interesting young ladies! It was off to a good start, and honestly, he couldn’t wait to get the chance to meet some of the others. He wasn’t the most social man in the world, but it would be good to get a start on this, and meet his housemates, and in such a situation, Luciano certainly had no interest in being the outsider, the wallflower, pushed off to the side.

Kassandra DeMarks | 23 | Tagging: Briar, Aaron

"Of course!" Kass' gaze shifted between Briar, interested in the lovely hiking trails on the island, and Aaron, seemingly interested in her collection of designs. Honestly, Kass had expected she’d bring her designs and work quietly on them in her spare time. She’d doubted anyone would be into the kind of work she did, but she’d received some curiosities, or perhaps they were just trying to be polite and make conversation, but either way, she hardly minded the attention she was receiving over it! Kass loved her work dearly, and she loved talking about it and showing off what she had created.

"Oh the hiking trails can be a bit tricky, but I’m sure for an active young man like yourself, it would be no challenge at all! I’ll find some and send you some pictures of the trails once I’m back home if you like," Kass offered. She may not be much of a hiker herself, largely due to keeping a busy schedule, but she did like stealing what moments she could to be out in nature, even if it was just climbing a quarter of a trail.

Jessikka Roberts- f- 22 y- pan; Kass and Briar maybe, definitely Luciano eventually- dad x mom: 4 siblings- Shepadoodle service dog Mayu- volunteers at animal rescue- allergies: cats, Penicillin, Amoxicillin, Bactrim, eggs- skills: animal attraction, kids like her, singing, art, writing, swimming, running (but has problem with chest)- Tags: Luciano

Jess nodded as she said "That makes sense." She let him take the bag, then nodded once more as he told her to lead the way. She hummed quietly as she trotted up the stairs. She'd pause to glance back at him every once in awhile. Then she'd continue on up the staircase. She finally reached the top after what felt a bit, since she hadn't run up like Emma had earlier.

She stopped to take a breather, to suck in a breath. She let out, then waited for Luciano to catch up if he needed to. Since she'd been going a bit faster than he had, she supposed. She then continued on towards the bedroom, intent on getting a bed.

Sage Ether Reems- m- 20y- homo; possibly Devin- dad x mom: twin sister, younger sister and brother- law and medical majors- allergies: peanut butter, bee stings- special skills: swimming, running, animal attraction, tree climbing- cat Maggi at home- Tags: Devin

He hummed a bit, then shook his head, before nodding at Devin. He glanced around a moment, guessing the crew was inside. Somewhere else in the mansion probably. He made a small sound at what sounded like praise of his name. "Hey...I think Devin is a nice name," he said. He then said "I suppose Sage is a unique name," and nodded once more. He felt his lips twitch to a bit of a smile. He then shook his head and stopped himself, looking at Devin. "Well, it's nice if you came here to protect her or make sure no one messes with her. I'm...here for a chance at love. Also curiousity, since I've never seen the show. I've heard about it though. That's how I learned about this season, and ended up here."

He fell silent for a moment, and glanced to the pool as well. It was a nice pool, and he hoped they'd get to swim in it. He then nodded quickly, turning his eyes back to the other boy. "Oh, um...yeah, maybe we should get inside." He tilted his head when the other male offered to help with his bags. "I...only have a couple, but help would be appreciated. If you still want to help," he said. Seeing as he'd told him he only had a couple bags, like two, which might not be hard to handle on his own.

Brenna Reese Williams/female/21 years old/Tags: Morgan/Location: Outside of house/Pansexual
Brenna said with a shrug, “I don’t think so. I mean I don’t see why we wouldn’t be allowed to take photos.” Brenna smiled brightly, her eyes shining as she said, “Are you kidding I love shopping! I mean my brothers had to practically drag me away from my favorite store cause I could have stayed there all day if they didn’t drag me away.” She laughed and sighed fondly at the memories. She was going to miss her brother, Nick very much, but she knew that he would reside at home and hold down the fort (her bedroom). In all honesty though, they probably would convert that to an office or give it to Nick to redesign into anything he wanted. Her family had money, but they weren’t like those overly rich people that bragged about how much money they had. The audacity of some people in the world today was crazy. She smiled and said, “And I would be delighted to go shopping with you if given the chance Morgan.” She smiled and said, “Ha ha ya I get what ya mean. I wear this dress everywhere. It’s my favorite dress I own. Dare I say maybe my most favorite piece of clothing I own.”

She nodded and said, “Ya we should probably go inside now.” She looked at her with her eyes conveying curiosity and she said, “What do you mean by a type or something along those lines? I honestly came here for the thrill of it, but you could say I have some respect for the game and what it is doing for us so yes I partly came here for the romance and finding that person for me. Why did you want to come here? I don’t think I asked that, how rude of me and you're quite alright. I enjoy your company, but I would like to get to know the other contestants because we're going to be living with them for one year. It would be awkward if we didn’t get to know the other contestants, am I right?” She had seen a lot of people out there today and some had moved into the house as quickly as they had moved up to the place where Morgan and herself were standing right now as she thought about it. She looked around quickly and looked back to Morgan as she began to talk again.

As Brenna listened to her talking, she nodded along. She felt no hard feelings from her and said, “That is understandable and that is ok with me.” She was about to ask about the equipment, but Morgan was beginning to walk towards the inside of the house. Brenna hurriedly collected her bags and suitcase and she followed after Morgan into the house. She gasped at the beauty of the house. Everything looked so...so….what was the right word. Her mind went blank in all the beauty. She forgot her own name, why she was here, and what was happening right now. As everything slowly came back to her getting out of the awe, she shook her head and followed after Morgan. She nodded in agreement to Morgan’s comment and said, “You're absolutely right Morgan.” She couldn’t get a clear picture of everything because Morgan was moving on. She hurried after her and she said, “No way really! That is so cool! Huh, we lived about a two hour drive away from each other and we never saw each other at all. I’ve been to L.A. a few times. I have seen the show! What about yourself? Have you seen it before? Ha ha ya a very far drive by car.”

Brenna looked around at the room as she followed slowly after Morgan. The stairs had white tiles underneath their feet and the living room could be seen from here. The furniture was colored white or a light beige depending on the furniture. Brenna looked to the railing surrounding the outskirts of the stairs. It looked to be brown, maybe copper, but she couldn’t tell. It matched perfectly with the room and the vibe she was getting from the room. She assumed the room they saw was the living room. She heard Morgan say something, but Brenna couldn’t hear it. She smiled as she said they were unofficial roommates. Brenna smiled and said, “Oooo how exciting!” Brenna laughed and said, “So you're a photographer I assume? I mean you do have a camera and seem so eager to take photos so I thought you might be one?” She looked around and murmured half to herself, “There sure is a lot of people here.”

HOST POST !! IMPORTANT

Postby deco. » Tue Mar 08, 2022 8:49 pm

𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏 "𝑩𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚𝒉𝒐𝒐" 𝑺𝒆𝒆𝒏𝒂: 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒕

After each individual mingled and began to settle in the camera crew flooded into the bedroom, a man could be heard speaking as they held a microphone above him. His outfit was eye-catching to say the least. He wore a purple suit that had yellow and pink accents. A hard to miss bow placed on his chest and a colourful top hat. His outfit was oddly fitting for a host, he cleared his throat before speaking, “If everyone could join me outside in the backyard, it’s time to get things started with a bit of an icebreaker…” He paused to let the moment sink in before motioning for everyone to join him, “Of course, don’t forget to look your best! You’ve got ten minutes” He commented before scurrying out the door. John “Ballyhoo” Seena had been the host since season one and he was certainly known for his excitable personality and his outstanding wardrobe. He was the type of person who would wear cheetah print for the fun of it. Ballyhoo was a nickname he had adopted over the years, it fit his demeanor perfectly. The cameras would linger in the room for a bit, panning over everyone whether they decided to continue their conversations or follow behind the host, either way they had ten minutes to kill before filming continued.

Soon the camera crew would vacate the room and head downstairs to the backyard, it was decorated in a way where there was a podium a the edge of the lawn and Ballyhoo was standing there proudly; fairy lights were hung around across the top so that they spanned from one end of the lawn to the otherside of the pool. Beanbag chairs were set up in four groups of three. There were whiteboards set beside the charis before the cast would come outside the overhead camera would pan around the top. After the ten minutes were up, everyone would come out one by one as Ballyhoo introduced each member giving a tidbit of information for each contestant. When everyone was outside he cleared his throat and spoke into a microphone that rested on the podium before him. “Welcome, welcome to season 3 of Love Letters! We have another amazing cast of contestants who come from all over.” He began, his smile as bright as ever.

Ballyhoo picked up a set of cue cards before continuing, “Tonight, we are starting off with a fabulous game of two truths one lie. For those of you at home who have never played the game… The rules are simple! One person will pick two things that are true about themself and one thing that is a lie, the others will take their whiteboard and will write down what they think is a lie!” Ballyhoo explained. “I will give a demonstration.” Ballyhoo cleared his throat once more. “one: I am beautiful, two: I am gorgeous, or three: I am amazing.” He waited a moment before chiming in, “trick question, they are all true!” - Ballyhoo brought the cue cards that he had in his hand up to his face so he could read the groups that had been made. “Alrighty, we are going to sort you lovelys into groups of three.” He squinted at the card dramatically, “Kazill, Emma, Nova - you will be group number one! Make your way to a beanbag and start guessing!”

“The next group will be: Brenna, Briar, and Sage!” - Each time Ballyhoo would say someone’s name the camera would pan over to them so the viewers would get a good grasp of who’s who. “Kassandra, Jessikka, and Devin, you will be group number three and last but not least… Luciano, Morgan, and Aaron are group number 4; get to thinking of those spicy facts!” He said and readjusted his bright red bowtie. “Have fun everyone!” He said before slinking off inside the house.

𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐆𝐀𝐍 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀
─────────────── . 22 . she/her . loc; bedroom --> backyard . mentions; jessikka (/the dog) . tags; brenna --> group 4───────────────

While they had made their way up the stairs and into the bedroom, Morgan hadn’t responded to practically anything Brenna had said, mostly because she had been uber-focused on getting her things up in one piece. Now that her bags were settled and she knew her equipment wasn’t damaged or anything, she allowed herself to rewind their conversation. “Sorry, I totally ignored you,” she said with a small giggle, as if that would awkwardly dismiss her fault. “I don’t do good with multitasking.” That could pass as multitasking, right? Talking and walking? Morgan liked to talk, she really did, but when she focused on something, it was hard to shake her out of that mindset. She was able to tune back into their chat, now, though.

“A type,” she echoed, gesturing outward with her hands. “Like, a certain type of person you’re more attracted to over anyone else. Qualities and whatnot.” She was surprised Brenna hadn’t understood what she meant when she said that, but she wasn’t going to dwell on it for very long. Maybe it was more of a social media slang term than anything else; nowadays, Morgan admittedly wasn’t always sure how to pull them apart. “Honestly, I’m here for the same reason you are. I’ve watched the show since it first aired, which is kind of embarrassing. But I’m such a sucker for reality shows, I can’t help it! Plus, I’ve always wanted to come to B.C, so this was the perfect opportunity. I was surprised when I made the cut, though. I can only imagine how many interviews they went through!” The process had been long and tedious, she recalled. There was a lot of paperwork, and a lot of interviewing. How many people dropped out after the first step or two? Morgan genuinely wasn’t sure what had come over her, why she was so determined to get on the show. She supposed part of it was because she was finally done with school, and wanted a change to her life. Plus, the fame of it would help her on the business side of things. She didn’t add that in, though. “I like that, though. The thrill of it. You’re so right, anything can happen!”

She rubbed her hands together in anticipation. She meant what she said, too; on shows like this, anything could indeed happen. People were so unpredictable under pressure, and she was sure the cameras didn’t soothe anyone’s nerves. They were big and bulky and intimidating; Morgan had only ever seen recording equipment like so a few times, but even at that, what was used here was beyond her knowledge. She wondered what it was like on their ends; how much tea did the camera crew obtain over the two years? It seemed equally as thrilling as being a contestant.

Her hazel eyes flickered down to the camera that rested against her chest as Brenna mentioned it. Morgan liked talking about her work, even though there wasn’t too much to speak of. The real, fun part would begin after she was done here. “Something like that!” she confirmed with a quick nod of her head. “You could say I’m an… aspiring influencer. I’m a travel blogger, so I’ve got my own website and I travel to different places around the world and write reviews and take pictures to give the place some extra attention! I haven’t done much on my own yet, though; I just graduated a few months ago. But I’m working on building my social media platform, and honestly, I’m hoping the show might help, too.” Her voice was hushed on that last line, as if it was something illegal, or straight-up wrong. “It’s, like, confusing but not? I’ve met a surprisingly large amount of people who don’t understand what I mean when I tell them about travel blogging. But I’m super excited to dive into it.” She continued to let her gaze rest on her camera, adoringly. She had two cameras she used; the one she had on her now was a Sony a6000. It was her cheaper one, the one she purchased with her own savings. She knew her other one, the Sony Alpha 7 III, had better quality, and she had more lens options for it, but this wasn’t a trip for work, and therefore, she didn’t feel she needed to bring top-quality equipment. The one she had on her person worked mighty fine, anyway.

Snapping out of it, Morgan allowed herself to glance back at Brenna. “What about yourself?” she prompted. “I kind of got, like, runner vibes from you at first, for whatever reason. Are you into athletics? Job or just for fun. I have a feeling we have a variety of different workers here.” When Brenna touched on the number of people in the room, Morgan let herself have a look around. There wasn’t an overwhelmingly large number, but at the same time, it seemed like everyone was here. “I guess this is all of us, then,” she added in an equally toned-down voice.

She was silenced by a booming voice, one of which contained such a high amount of energy, it sure seemed like he sucked it right out of the house itself. Morgan’s eyes lit up. One of the main reasons why she had been so into the show was because of the host, who, at times, was more entertaining than the contestants themselves. She found herself slowly putting her camera away as he informed them that they were to head outside. “I won’t be needing this, yet,” she said, half to herself, with a small laugh. She didn’t waste much time, waving goodbye to Brenna with both of her hands. She only paused once, when she laid eyes on the dog that had walked in with the ginger-haired girl. Eyes lighting up, she bounded towards the girl and her pet. “What a cutie!” she cooed, and her hand stretched outward. It drew back a lingering second later, as she eyed the vest it was wearing, then turned and headed out the room, descending down the spiral staircase. Morgan felt like a pro, finding her way outside as if she’d lived here before. It wasn’t long before everyone was gathered, and she listened intently as the host explained what they were going to be doing.

Everything felt real, then, as Ballyhoo went about introducing everyone. Morgan smiled somewhat shyly into the camera as it whisked by her, taken aback by its sudden presence. Her attention was reeled back in as the host announced two truths and a lie. Her hands clasped together. Games like these were always fun; they weren’t to make anyone feel uncomfortable, but to get to know one another. She didn’t know who Luciano or Aaron was, although she figured they were the two with the long dark hair, and curly dark hair. The two, in other words, who hadn’t moved yet. “Hi!” she greeted, rushing over to them. She was taken aback yet again by how attractive the both of them were; the tall one intimidated her, though, as he was easily a whole foot and a half taller than she was. “Should we go, then? I’m Morgan, by the way.” She had a sudden urge to reach for their hands, as if it was a group effort, getting to their spots, but she kept her hands behind her back instead as she awaited a response.

𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐑 𝐌Ä𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐍
──────────────────── . 25 . he/him . loc; bedroom --> outside . tags; nova, kassandra --> group 2────────────────────

As more people filed into the bedroom, Briar began to make note of the way several conversations were crossing over one another, as if creating one big, imaginary spiderweb. Despite this being an odd skill of his, if one were to call it that, but Briar had an easy time following along with multiple conversations at once. Perhaps that was part of the reason why he himself was currently addressing three different people. In fairness, though, the majority of his comments were shot towards Nova, whose “room” was right across from his own. He didn’t even know the name of the girl he added a comment to last, and Kassandra was still far more wrapped up in her quiet conversation with Aaron for Briar to slide back in and join them. That was fine. He was someone with a lot of energy, but even now, he couldn’t deny that there was a cloud of fatigue crowding above him, likely due to the adrenaline boost reeled up from the move-in.

“Probably,” he mused in agreement, locking eyes with Nova yet again. It was almost ironic that he only seemed to remember her, though. And here she was. He couldn’t seem to dive too far back into the moment, but he supposed maybe he had stopped to address them. Probably. He had done good that competition, landing on the silver platform, and when he had a good run, he was sky-high with jubilation. Triumphant Briar was always much more confident ─ might some even say cocky ─ after he knew he did good, so it was entirely possible he had indeed said something to them. It was just strange that now, he couldn’t properly recall doing anything like that. A smug smile played at his lips as he added: “I probably had a crowd.” Of course, that was merely a joking statement. Briar’s name used to be quite popular in the figure skating world, but he wasn’t famous. He was just good. Used to be good.

His hazel-blue eyes skitted downward to her coffee cup, figuring it was almost completely empty now. “They better have a decent dairy-free selection,” he grumbled, partially to himself. His gaze travelled onward, onto to stop at the sketchpad in her hand. Unlike what Kass had, Briar certainly knew what Nova had with her. “You an avid sketcher?”

He sat quiet for a second or two, watching as she traced over whatever it was on her pad of paper, then turned his focus onto Kassandra. From the looks of it, Aaron had fallen quiet, immersed in her designs (which Briar was admittedly also quite curious about), which gave her the opportunity to respond to Briar’s earlier comment. From the way Kassandra spoke, even though she had admitted that she wasn’t an avid hiker, Briar could tell she adored where she lived. It was audibly laced into her tone. “Oh, I’m not going alone,” he continued in a no-nonsense tone. “I’ll find some nice beginner trails and you’re coming with. You like it out where you live, I can tell. Why not appreciate it a step further?” He raised his brows slightly, leaning back into the mountain of pillows that had been welcomingly piled up on his bed. “I live in Vancouver, I’m one ferry ride away.”

Up until now, Briar hadn’t realized how challenging this game would actually be. What if he fell in love with someone who lived on the opposite side of the world? Briar wasn’t a poor player when it came to trying long distance, but it certainly wasn’t ideal. His gaze flickered around the room once again. Where did all these people come from? Would that play a role in how he pursued people?

It was until then that Kaz’s words seemed to properly sink in. Briar turned his attention towards the doorway, half expecting the copper-blond male to summon Nova over to him. He stayed silent on the matter, although his lingering gaze on the pretty female said otherwise. Seconds after Briar acknowledged Kaz’s words (which was little more than a nod of the head), in walked the host. As someone who wasn’t overly familiar with the show, he was certainly thrown off by the confidence the host wore on his person, but he found it entertaining all in one. He saluted half-heartedly as the host told them to meet them outside, sliding off the bed and popping up onto his feet as if he was freshly regenerated and good to go. Briar didn’t wait for anyone else, mostly because he could see they were all turning towards the door on their own, anyway.

He took his time going downstairs, mostly so that he would be able to memorize where he was going. It wasn’t difficult to find his way out, partially because of the massive glass doors at the back, and partially because of the lingering crowd that all gravitated towards the same location. The smell of chlorine hit him before he was even fully outside. There was yet another pool, this one significantly smaller than the ones out front. They had money-money. He stood around with his hands tucked casually into the front pockets of his pine-green cargo pants, shooting the camera a charming Briar smile as his name was called out. It dropped once the camera was gone, for he grew more focused on the host yet again. It reappeared, however, a few seconds later, as Ballyhoo read out his two (three?) truths and a lie. “Yeah, you are,” he called out with a laugh. His gaze shifted around the group, although he wasn’t too sure who Brenna or Sage were. He hoped they weren’t dull people, but he also figured they wouldn’t allow anyone who didn’t really have much of a personality on the show. That satisfied him enough to drift towards the beanbag pile that was assigned to his group.

It wasn’t long before his group members joined him. Briar allowed his eyes to rest upon the both of them, one by one, soaking in their appearances. The guy was short, shorter than both Briar and the brown-haired girl. He was surprised to note that both of them had brown hair and green eyes. The more he thought about it, the more he was pretty sure the girl had walked in with someone else. Were these the siblings, then? “’Ello,” he greeted the both of them, sticking out his hand for either of them ─ or both, preferably ─ to shake. “Ready to reveal your deepest, darkest secrets to the public?”

24 ~ she/her ~ location: mansion ~ mentions: Emma ~ tags: Briar --> Kaz

Nova took the last sip of her coffee, slightly regretting it because now she had to find a bin and she had a small random worry that someone might think she was a lazy litterer. “Ah, I can see why” she returned, mirroring the smug smile Briar had but only for a moment. After keeping her eyes locked on Briar for a few more moments, fully taking him in, she glanced back down at her sketchpad just I time to hide her face as she mouthed the word “wow”. He was one of the best-looking gentlemen she had ever seen. She continued to sketch, momentarily distracting herself to avoid making a fool out of herself. She continued to sketch for a few more moments before she looked up into Briar’s hazel eyes. “Yeah, I guess you could say that. I used to be really focused on it but now I kind of just think as I go, and all my sketches just turn out easier that way. I think” she added the ‘I think’ at the end so she didn’t sound too cocky.

After the conversations had slowly begun to fade away, everyone began to make their way back down the stairs in pairs, groups and occasionally someone on their own. Nova didn’t exactly know what she was doing or where she was meant to be going but she was really hoping it would be revealed to them all very soon. As the camera panned to her, Nova did her best but also genuine smile while internally she was worried if anyone could see through the camera into her past the smile, revealing her stage fright nerves. After that, her eyes sort out Kaz amongst the crowd she walked over to him, a question already forming in her mind. “Do you know where or WHO our third party is?” she whispered.

Luciano DeLuca | 26 | Tagging: Ballyhoo, Briar, Morgan

Luciano had scarcely set things down before their host showed up and called out to the group. Their first activity in the game? Sounded like a plan to him! Look their best? Pfffft. Luciano made sure to look his best on a regular basis, never allowing himself to be caught with his hair messed or in sloppy clothing. Did he even OWN sloppy clothing? He slipped out of the room and headed out into the backyard. Upon Ballyhoo's presentation— and failed example of how the game worked— he cracked a smile of amusement, vague as it was.

His gaze shifted to Morgan as she approached once groups had been announced and the young woman had approached him. Attractive. How many times had he looked at someone here and thought that though? She was pretty in a way he couldn’t quite describe though, a way that made him want to stare, try to get a good read on her, take in her features, but he forced himself not to stare. That was rude. His gaze shifted to Briar, and he shook the man's hand. "Glad to meet the both of you. Eager to learn a bit more."

"Yes, of course. Apologies if I zoned out," Luciano noted, acknowledging Morgan. He had been letting himself get in the zone. Meet people. Play some games, some good, lighthearted fun. He wasn’t the most social man in the world, but he was eager regardless. Part of the experience. "Nice to meet you, Morgan, and I would assume you’re Briar? I’m Luciano." The raven haired man held out a hand to shake with Morgan, having not yet had the opportunity to do so. The icebreaker would be a good way to get to know their housemates, and he was looking forward to it.

Kassandra DeMarks | 23 | Tagging: Aaron, Ballyhoo, Jessika, Devin

"Of course I do, or I wouldn’t still be living there, since I moved out on my own. It really is beautiful." The young woman tilted her head to the side. "Oh, that’s quite close!" Kass raised an eyebrow. She knew some people would’ve come from the area, but for whatever reason, it still surprised her. "And I would love to go on a hike with you when we get the chance," she agreed. Anything active, really. She may be a designer, and be into fashion and fame and the like, but she’d never missed the fact it was important to keep active, and she was always good for it. She liked exploring new activities, new possibilities.

She stood up, smoothing her dark blue dress and adjusted the sleeves. This was what she lived for, the attention. She was looking forward to it, even if it was just a simple party game. She nodded to Aaron. "I can tell you more about the designs or my work later if you like, and I’d love to join you in the garden later if you’d have me. For now though, it seems we have some games to play," she noted when Ballyhoo had begun to speak.

With the groups announced, Kass made to introduce herself to her group. A young man, and another young woman who had entered the room only moments prior to their host's arrival. She nodded to the two. "Lovely to meet you two, my name is Kassandra DeMarks, call me Kass." She extended a hand to shake, should they be interested in it. Nice to make acquaintances with her housemates, get a read on them if at all possible.

Kazill Smith | 23 | Tagging: Nova, Emma, Ballyhoo

Kaz was just slipping away to explore the house when the host made an appearance to make the announcement. His attention immediately shifted, focus changing completely. He appreciated the host's attitude, upbeat, energetic and quirky. He liked it! He could get used to being around that kind of energy. So, he was in a group with Nova and some girl called Emma he couldn’t remember having met yet.

"Yeah. According to Ballyhood, her name's Emma. I haven’t met her personally though," Kaz responded, gaze sliding towards Nova again. Then back around the room. Most people had grouped up already, leaving only a few folks still lingering. His eyes fell on the girl that must be Emma, and he waved her over. "I’d assume that’s her," he noted.

Re: Love Letters [RP Play!]

Postby Spiritstar3 » Thu Mar 10, 2022 6:03 pm

Jessikka Roberts- f- 22 y- pan; Kass and Briar maybe, definitely Luciano eventually- dad x mom: 4 siblings- Shepadoodle service dog Mayu- volunteers at animal rescue- allergies: cats, Penicillin, Amoxicillin, Bactrim, eggs- skills: animal attraction, kids like her, singing, art, writing, swimming, running (but has problem with chest)- Tags: Luciano-> group

Jess made a small sound when what appeared to be the host suddenly spoke to them. She shook her head, and put the bag on a bed she'd chosen. She looked around at the others as they left the room. She quickly smoothed her hair and clothes. It wasn't like anyone else was changing clothes. They all seemed to be just leaving the room in the same clothes. She hummed quietly as she and the dog hurried to the door. They then left the room, and went outside.

She met up with the others of her group, whom she'd heard Ballyhoo say were Kassandra and Devin. She smiled as she looked at the both of them. She took the extended hand, and shook it. "My name is Jessikka, call me Jess if you like. This is Mayu, a service dog. You can't pet her...but you can look at her at least," she said, which probably wasn't much consolidation.

Sage Ether Reems- m- 20y- homo; possibly Devin- dad x mom: twin sister, younger sister and brother- law and medical majors- allergies: peanut butter, bee stings- special skills: swimming, running, animal attraction, tree climbing- cat Maggi at home- Tags: Devin-> group (Briar and Brenna)

They'd still been standing there when he heard the announcement, so he nudged the other guy. He then hurried up the stairs and to find the room. Once there, he just grabbed a random bed. He put his stuff there, then looked around a moment. Shaking his head, he then hurried back to the door. He headed out the door and back outside. He found the groups of beanbags each with white boards. He saw a guy and a girl, the girl having green eyes and brown hair. He wondered if this was Devin's sister he'd been talking about. He smiled a bit as he looked at the two of them.

"Hello, my name is Sage, you...can call me Sage obviously. There isn't really a way to shorten that name anymore," he said. He shook his head a couple times. He then waited for them to introduce themselves, and chuckled a bit at what Briar said but didn't really say anything to it.
