Bradley looked at her and smiled at her, it was a nice name, one you don’t hear that often making it unique. Looking at her hand he slowly extended his and smiled “Nice to meet you, I’m Bradley” he added sending a grin in her direction as he did so. Tilting his head a little as he gently let go of her hand he smiled a little “Are you new here? I haven’t seen you around before” he asked not wanting to offend her if he had. Looking at the dog he gently started to scratch his ear, when he heard her giggle he had to smile at it. Something about people laughing or giggling just made him smile, he didn’t know why but it just did. “I’m guessing that this little one is yours?” he asked, wondering if the dog was hers or not. It was cute and he started to think that maybe he should get a dog, then again he couldn’t really afford to have one. Hearing his phone vibrate in his pocket he knew that it was a text from Dem and just decided to answer it later since it would be rude to answer it in front of the girl he was talking to now. Smiling a little embarrassed about the phone he looked at Marylin and grinned. It was always nice to meet new people that came into the town, of course the town had heaps of people in it, it was just that it was nice to see a new person.

Ian listened to the girl intently, he hadn’t really seen her around the place before and started to wonder when she moved into town recently. “This is the only coffee shop in town, and your order should be right up” he added slowly as he listed her order onto the paper. Ripping of the small sheet for a few seconds he looked at the girl and smiled a little. You could definitely tell that she was new to town. Shaking his head a little he moved off to the kitchen and started to prepare her order, glancing up at the other occupants of the café before looking back at making her vanilla latte. Making sure he didn’t burn himself when he was making he smiled and placed it on the serving board before plating up her blueberry muffin. Making sure that the muffin was lightly heated before he placed it on a small, nicely decorated plate. Lifting up the serving board with ease started to head back towards her table. Luckily he had made the muffins earlier, though he started to wonder if the boss would be coming in soon. As he started to refocus on the task at hand he looked at the girl he was serving before smiling. “Okay, your Vanilla Latte and Blueberry Muffin. If you have any questions just ask” he said as he placed the food in front of her. Did anyone else have that moment when they had a song stuck in their head and they couldn’t do anything about it? Shaking his head he smiled a little before looking at her and pausing, “You know your way around town?” he asked trying to be friendly to the girl. He didn’t want her to get lost, then that might be a bit embarrassing for her or anyone he wasn’t really sure.

._Kyler Summers_.

Kyle noticed her slip up while walking backwards, and held back a chuckle that threatened to come forth. He didn't call her out on it though and instead walked around to the neighboring chair, turned it around, and sat horsey-style in it. He rested both arms on the top of the backing of the chair and also let his chin plop on top of his top arm. "Eh, really? Well, now I know who to call whenever I throw a party." He smiled slightly, then passed another glance around at his surroundings. "You work here?" He asked turning his attention back to her. He flicked his hair out of his eyes, before tilting his head in a way that kept all of his bangs to one side and one side only.

May was momentarily dazed. She liked making people smile, but she actually liked his smile in general. Odd. Hearing his voice shook her out of her thoughts and she nodded. "I just got here three days ago." She stated smiling a bit when he did. Well, she was definitely starting off the day with a good mood and all smiles. "Yes, he's my best friend even though I haven't had him that long. His name is Zoose." May said when he asked about her puppy. She momentarily remembered how she decided the odd name she had given to him. It was pronounced like the Greek God Zeus, but she didn't think the spelling was....original enough. While thinking about that, a yawn escaped her and she shook herself to rid her mind of the last traces of sleepiness. May started to feel a numb sensation in her shoulder so she set her bag down and stretched. Looking around the park, May grinned. "Today's going to be a beautiful day." She then turned, hands behind her back, and a smile on her face, towards Bradley. "Don't you think?" She asked him.

Now without you, nothing, clear away that exit
Now I don’t have anything else to hope for, will you stay with me?

She took a tiny sip of the coffee, covering he lack of taste with a smile. "Well, I made it around New York City fine with no help. I would appreciate a litte experienced insight though," Really, she didn't want help. It would take minutes for her to have the city memorized. Company however, that was a whole different story. In the Middle of the conversation her phone vibrated. It was a text from her father. - Hey sweetie, I was wondering if you wanted to have dinner with your mom and me. We are going to Reckless and figured you'd want to come with. Plus, we have an early birthday present for you.- Her eyes lit up at the word Reckless.

Yet, she knew she couldn't go on a trip tonight- she might work. Echo just ignored the text for the moment, turning her attention back to the waiter. Remembering that she still had to pay him she pulled out her wallet, searching through it. The smallest bill she had was a fifty, hopefully they had change. If they didn't she would have to go to her little studio/bar and get some smaller amounts of money.

John yawned, turning over in his bed. He could hear the birds chirping through his open window. He opened his eyes slowly, wincing at the suns rays of light. He sat up, pushing his covers off of him and putting his feet on his carpeted flooring. He pushed himself up, walking over to the bathroom. He took a quick shower and put on some jeans, a black shirt, and a grey jacket. He brushed his hair on his head and brushed his teeth, then walked out of the bathroom. He looked around on the ground, looking for his black shoes until he saw them by the door. He put them on then grabbed his wallet and cell phone, then walked out of his room.

John yawned once again and stretched out his arms a bit. he looked to the grandfather clock in his hallway. It was that time already! He didn't have time for breakfast, so he just walked out his front door, locking it behind him, then putting his key in his pocket. he walked down the sidewalk, but more like speed walk. He hoped nobody was slacking off when he wasn't there. When he got there, he saw his niece taking someones order and Ian talking to someone, a rich someone.

Works part time at the cafe || 17 || In high school || Ryder Marie Threatt || Female || Dangerous

Background : Ryder was born into this town just like everyone else She has a past like any other. She grew up with two parents, with an older sister, Hanna. With Hanna being in her twenties and already off doing her own thing, that left Ryder in the shadow of her perfect sister. Thrown into a sea of expectations, Ryder did the only thing she could think of - rebelled. She became the rebellious, smart-aleck, sarcastic, funny girl she is today. Her parents naturally hated the change in personality and fashion, since Ryder had taken a liking to a different fashion then the fancy prep school clothes Hanna wore. Anything Ryder did that wasn't helping her to the college of her parents' dreams or making her grades even higher then they already were, they disapproved. They even hated Ryder having friends. So, with Hanna the favorite child and Ryder being the regretted one, this is how she grows up. The constant sigh and groan every time they see her; Ryder soon grew used to this. It's not like they strip her of everything familiar - she still gets to live there, have all her things, gets to buy things, etc. It's just without the parental love or support.

Life in the town : Ryder is basically known for her colorful language and amazing personality. Rude and sarcastic, she's basically not someone you want to cross. Many know that Ryder is someone who will start a fight and finish it, no questions asked. Always with a quick tongue, she seems to know what to say in the moment. Many have said her bark is just as bad as her bite.
Because of her attitude and reputation, Ryder is usually seen alone, or with her best friend Zak. She's either working, at school, playing sports in the park, or at the library. Many people don't realize that she's actually a well-rounded person, a sweetheart if you just took te time to get through that shell of hers.

Personality : Ryder is the type of girl who is not someone you want to anger. When you get on her bad side, there is a god reason it's called a "bad side". Her sarcasm is harsh and her teasing is rude. She's the type that will go "Did you really just say that?" Her smart-aleck remarks are very common, and if you listen, actually listen, you'll see they're quit wise. I know I know, hard to believe. Ryder wise? Ha, yeah right. But in reality, she can be. In a precarious situation, she always has the wise eye. She always knows what to do, and how to handle things.
Quick-witted. Ryder knows how to return a comeback with enough ferocity to scare even the mightiest of people. She isn't one to sit there and let herself be trampled. Though quiet when she has nothing to say, Ryder is quite the observer. Absorbing everything like a sponge, she is exactly that - a sponge. Though unheard and unnoticed, when she wants to be heard, she makes herself heard she does.
Confidence. This girl has confidence oozing out of her, practically emanating. The aura around herself is not necessarily full of herself or selfish, but rather, a high self-esteem and confidence. Not caring about what others think of her, Ryder does her own thing. And she's proud of it.

Works part time at the cinema || 18 || In high school || Zakary Reid Hamilton || Male || Lovable

Background : Having grown up in this town like everyone else, Zak grew up with a good life. Two loving parents, an adopted sister, and his best friend Ryder. He's basically the boy next door, for he's the kid everyone loves. Playing sports is his passion, and he's smart for a jock too. His parents already have a plan set out for him, sports in college and whatnot. Friends with everyone, there isn't a person who hates Zak. Attractive and kind, he's hard to resist. Though many wouldn't think this, but he doesn't let this go to his head for he knows what he wants out of life and he's determined to get it.

Life in the town : As said above, Zak is known for his wealth, though he isn't proud of that and his athletic ability. Sports are his life, for he plans on going to college for it. A plan is already laid out for him as he is now in his senior year and already has colleges lined up. He doesn't let this get to his head though, for his best friend Ryder won't let it. Always seen together, they're like brother and sister. Zak is the type of guy who will be friends with anyone, not letting stereotypes get in the way. He's just the boy next door.

Personality : Zak is the kind of guy you always want to be around. He makes you feel important. He is always laughing, having a good time; there is never a dull moment with him. He hates it when people are sad, so he's constantly trying to cheer people up. He's a romantic, a huge one. He'll flirt a lot, but if he's in a relationship, he's loyal like a dog. He's an honest guy, so he hates it when people lie. He doesn't get mad very easily, but when he does, he gets kind of scary, so most try to stay on his good side.
Zak is like his sister, basically. He's quick-witted, sarcastic and funny, always surrounded by people. Though, Marlee is shy, he is not. He is very social, making friends easily. He loves making others laugh, and he hates it when people are rude. He is very sweet, and quite a romantic. He has a slender build, with defined muscles. He is very athletic, always being active; he hates being lazy. He is a "jock" yes, but he's quite smart too. He loves to read, and write, though only music. That is what he and his sister share. They both play the guitar, along with other instruments. He's the reason Marlee loves it. He is always listening to music, it addicting to him. When his friends and family, or anyone else he cares about for theat matter, needs defending, he will stand up for them. He is truthful and honest, though sometimes he's not. He is a flirt, yes, but not a player. He is always talking to girls, though if he's taken, he is loyal like a dog.

Draiden looked up, a little shocked he had been day dreaming. "Sorry," He mumbled and grinned, half embarrassed that she was standing there waiting for him. He glanced at the menu briefly before back up. "I hate to bother you, but do you have any specials?" He asked as he leaned back into the booth. "Anything you recommend?" He asked curiously as he looked at her. It was his thing to bother people whenever he could, but the promise he made to himself kept him asking politely and he didn't want to rude to the girl. She looked p*ssed.

Alice raised an eyebrow when he didn't answer her, then just shrugged when he said sorry. She really couldn't care less, its not like she had anything else to do. She sighed when he asked the questions. She could smell something really good. she turned her head around to see some new muffins out on the counter. She looked back at him and pointed behind her. "Well, our muffins are really good..." she recommended. She heard the bell ring and saw her uncle come in out of the corner of her eye.

Draiden noticed she didn't give much care to his small talk so he shrugged it off and ordered. "I'll just take a muffin and water." He looked to her then back down at his table with his hand under his chin. He started to look out the window once more with a bored stare, the town looked nice from the window, small and compact kinda. He could smell the new muffins but he was to preoccupied with thinking to really notice his stomach grumble. "Where should i go first"? He thought with a grim tone. Would he be allowed to hold a gun? He grinned ever so slightly at the thought. "Probably not." He thought and thought again.

Delaney Jane Smith

. Shut up and listen to music .

I shake my head when he asks if I work here. I stand a little taller when I say, "I own the place, Dollface." Smiling proudly I take a look around at all my hard work and let it sink in that my father started this business when he was younger than me. It all started with just music and a few records, but then things grew and when he had me I loved the place. When he handed the keys over to me on my birthday I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I added the stage and started offering music and vocal lessons. When 'Echo Studios' opened its fancy pants doors in town we lost a lot of business. All the people whom I have been teaching fled my doors and ran to her for a chance to be a big star. A lot of people forgot about the little ole Record Store. When I was thinking about all that I remembered that I didn't know Ken's name. "So, what did you say your name was again, Pretty boy?" I asked. In case he hadn't noticed yet I am the queen of nicknames. I will call you something different every time.
