Tammy smiled. "That's a good comparison." She grabbed some stuff from her locker.

He looked at the entrance as if to see the poodle with a laugh he grabbed his science book and other supplies " What class do you have?" he asked

Reece laughed. "Well, we should go to class. Eve though I would rather stand her and talk!"

Nick chuckled and nodded. He walked to History and sat down.

Tammy laughed and looked at her schedule. "I have science."

reece went to history and sat down in the chair to the right of Nick. She set her books and her binder on her desk in an organized fashion.

1. The radius of a circle is increasing at the rate of 5 inches per minute. At what rate is the area increasing when the radius is 10 inches.

2. Sand is falling off a conveyor belt onto a pile at a rate of 15 cubic feet per minute the diameter of the base of the cone is approximately twice the altitude. At what rate is the height of the pile changing when it is 10 ft high.

3. The volume of a cube is changing at the rate of 18 cubic centimeters per second. How fast is the cube expanding when each edge is 2 centimeters.

4. Assume X and Y are differientable functions of T. Find dy/dt given y=1 and dy/dt=12: 2x^2 + y^2=3.
5.A particle is moving on a curve at y=3/(x^2+4) such that dy/dt=6. Find the instantaneous rate of change of X with respect to T when x=2.

6. A spherical balloon is inflated at a rate of 12 cubic ft. per minute. How fast is the radius of the balloon changing at the instant the radius is 3 ft.
