Zoey walked a couple blocks and came upon a small coffee shop. 'There bound to have something here' she thought to herself as she opened the door and went to the counter. Zoey looked at the list behind the cash register and skimmed though what you could all order. The cashier cleared his throat, "What can I get you?" he asked as he pressed a couple buttons on the cash register then reverted his eyes towards her. Zoey hesitated, "Erm, the mocha latte, please," she replied. She didn't order any food because, well, they didn't really have anything she liked. "Alright, that comes to $2.36." I handed him a five dollar bill and quietly took the change from him after he put the five in the cash register. One Zoey's latte was finished the cashier handed it to her and winked, "Have a nice day." he was clearly trying to flirt with her, "Mhmm, you too," She quickly walked out of the coffee shop holding the latte in her hands.

he got int he car, feeling warmer. "where are we going?" he asked softly notknowing at all where to go or to stay.

Landon smiled, "Well, since you no longer have a place to stay, I was thinking you could stay with me. Ya know, just until you get everything together." He pulled out of the bleak parking lot, glad to be rid of the silence. "It's not much, but the couch pulls out into a bed, so you should be fine. That is, if you are going to stay with me...?" he said, looking at Zachary in anticipation.
