Lumina smiled as Laquan turned serious, squinting his eyes as he spoke. "Then you can ask for an extension..I mean, like, extend the due date where you have to return the book or you're in trouble and whatnot," The girl shrugged, pushing the double doors open as they walked into the library.

Jake let out a sigh and leaned forward looing at her face, "Now that I'm here, can you talk?" Jake asks as his voice let out a happy and calm tone

Kenliye blinked and stared at him for a second before slowly reaching out and taking his hand. She stared at the floor as she walked to her classroom silently with him by her side.
