[Season of the Star]

Zara pulled them from her now tangled hair, and looked into his eyes. Her smile faded a little as she heard him, her hands falling to her lap.
"I know." She nodded, looking into his eyes sadly. She remembered all too well his pain of losing his father. She pitied him, and loved him. She was glad she had helped him become happy again. She didn't regret their love, and wanted it to progress. She knew they'd never escape this place, but she'd love him until the end.

Jay blinked in surprise, not what he had expected at all. He understood what she meant, that was for sure though. He also felt like he should hug her or something, but wondered if that would be weird for her.... He decided to anyways, he hated to see anyone unhappy. "Oh Amy, I know I understand." he said softly as he gave her a one armed hug, he was doing his best to try and cheer her up. "Trust me I understand perfectly."

James laid downn on the grass pulling Zara close. "Your the best thing that's happened to me since I came here." He told her, his eyes fixed on the sunset.

Amy turned around and hugged him full on at the unspoken invitation. "Really?" She managed to choke out as she laid her head against his chest. She didn't want to start crying but the tears came anyway. She didn't want to stop hugging him but she didn't want him to see her crying either. She hated that almost as much as hurting his feelings. She struggled with the decision of letting go but finally decided to let him decide. If he freaked out that she was crying she would go up to her room and if not she would stay wrapped in his hug.

Zara nodded, but then said anyway "and to me, you are the best thing that has happened to me as well. I hope there will be no bond stronger than ours. Life and death will not separate us. We will be together forever- remember that." Zara sighed, looking at the vivid, natural oranges and pinks that reminded her of smoothies.

Ali looked down at little Mark feeling sorry for the kid, she hadn't thought the other spirits would terrorize him, she would never want that. She gave the little kid a hug "Don't worry everything will be better soon." She whispered, taking the child's hand "Let's go back and see Daniel." she gave the best smile she could, hoping that Daniel might have been able to find something she's missed. She wandered through the halls, hoping that Daniel hadn't gone anywhere, she was hopeless at finding her way around her... even after almos five years... She had to think that the designer wasn't all right in the head himself.

James smiled and replied, "I hope so too." He pointed at a fluffy cloud in the sky, "What does that cloud look like to you?" he asked her, slightly bored. "I think it looks like a cat," he told her cocking his head to the side slightly so he could see it better.

"Really." he replied softly as she turned and hugged him back. Okay well that got rid of the awkwardness question. He continued to hug her back for as long as she needed to calm down. His shirt was slightly damp, so he guessed that she was indeed crying. "It's gonna be okay Amy, you just take as long as you need to calm down okay." Jay told her gently letting his very sweet, kind side out. It wasn't a side he showed often, most the time he was just a bouncy person who had trouble holding still.

"Besides out here I can ignore them." Erica added in a very quiet voice as she gestured to the air near her. "Outside is my refuge from what the voices tell me to do." She had no idea why being outside was the way to get rid of the voices but it was. She sighed and braided her hair without releasing what she was doing, it was just something she did habitually now. For some reason it helped her relax. She smiled, "I agree out here is my favorite place too."

"A fluffy dragon?" Zara tried, looking up at the clouds in bewilderment. Clouds never really held shape in them. At least to her, anyway. She'd never really actually look at them often. It just seemed unnecessary. When she did all she saw was white fluff in the sky that held depth and a roundness to match earth's spherical shape. No more than scientific discoveries. The atmospheric changes were all they were.

She has always heard what others think about her, and one day she just cracked. She heard someone think things about here she doesn't care to repeat and it pushed her over the edge. She almost killed the person because she was so angry. She has bi-polar issues and was already feeling very angry and her anger exploded. She was caught by the police just before she killed the man and was drugged and knocked out to clam her. She was deemed crazy when she said she heard voices in her head.
Personality:
She is a bit of a rebel and hates being the same as anyone else, she is very independant and rarely accepts help. She's a tad anti-social, and can be sarcastic at times, at others she can be sweet and caring. She had ADHD and has minor bi-polar issues. She has a sweet caring side and a mean leave me alone or I'll bit you side.
History:
Selenite was always viewed as a weird person, and was ridiculed her whole life. She was blind from birth but never had trouble with it because of her power. She was home schooled by her mom and that worked out pretty well but she was always able to tell what the answers were because of her power. It she was a very fast learner because of that. Her dad though was never home though and she had no siblings so she found life boring. She joined a karate group and amazed them with her fighting ability. She was good because she replied heavily on her power. It told her what move her opponent was going to use on her and she countered it easily.

2. Not being able to tell where she is

Amy was surprised as Jay hugged her back. " Thanks Jay." she told him between sobs. She hoped that this wasn't to weird for him. But then again they had gotten to know each other well. Her crying finally started to slow and she pulled away. For some reason now felt like a good time to tell Jay what else was wrong. Her words rushed out before she could stop herself, " Jay I have bigger feelings for you than you might think. I really like you and I was wondering if you feel the same?" She felt lightheaded and didn't know how fast the words came out but she was surprised that they came out at all.
