He waved to his mom -If you called a flick of his wrist a wave- because it'd make her happy. "Come'on Liz, yeah right." Shane shot her the same glare he'd given his mom, and tossed his black duffel over his shoulder. This place did not seem fun, far from it. "Don't even try to convince me this place is going to be fun." He warned her, walking forward, somewhat liking the sound of his sneakers on the gravel, the crunch of the ground.

She rolled her eyes, the phrase, 'Drama queen' fit her 17 year old brother to a 'T', other then the fact it would be king. . .Liz shook the thought away with a shake of her curly blond hair, and looked over to her brother, who was already heading to the cabin he'd been assigned. That was one thing she wasn't liking, the fact he was in a different cabin as her. "I guess I'll see you later?" She called over to him, walking away.
"Yeah, sure." His voice was just loud enough for her to hear him, and it made her want to smack him. Shane was always dramatizing something.
