'Sometimes you wonder if this fight is worthwhile
The precious moments are all lost in the tide'
I opened my eyes and frowned as soon as my eyes hit the sun. I didn't get whenever before my roommate left, she had to just leave on the curtains. Some people liked to sleep in. I propped myself against my pillows and leaned against my head board. Another Ireland day. I didn't even know why I came here. Probably to just have fun in this green, but beautiful land. I looked out my window and sighed deeply. It was so different from the city where I came from. There were just hills and hills of green land and you could even run into sheep with their herder near them, while in the city, you would hear the taxi's honks and the shouts of tipsy people. I slung my feet to the side of the bed and got up. I rebalanced my legs and walked like a zombie towards my closet. I pulled out my clothes and slipped them on. I sighed. What was there to do? I didn't have a pet, I had no friends, and I had no life. Well I did, but like my online life. Since in this dormitory place I was staying had no free internet, I was like deprived from Facebook and twitter.
I walked towards the kitchen, almost slipping on the freshly polished floor. I strode from the marble counter to the ebony cabinets and opened them. I grabbed my favorite box of cereal, Cocoa Puffs, and snatched the milk. I poured the ingredients in to make something called 'breakfast' and ate slowly, my eyes wandering from place to place. I dropped my bowl in the sink as soon as I was done, making sure that I locked the door before I left. People seemed active today. I saw someone playing with her dog, but I couldn't tell who it was. I squinted, then nodded my head in wonder. Of course. It was my 'friend' or 'acquaintance', Jagger, playing with her dog.

The Field
Nemo threw the frisbee into the bushes, both dogs ran after it. While they were busy he took Jay's phone and ran for his life. A huge smile planted on his face as he ran. Jay tackled him to the ground, he managed to shove the phone into his pants. Awe yeah! What now?! He laughed, watching as Jay gave him a disgusted look. He felt the phone vibrate and he squirmed to his feet. gross. He snorted, digging into his pants and grabbing the phone. He read a text message; from What's her face. Leave it to Jay not to put the person's name in it. Oh, why hello there! I'm at the field, the one behind the bar. Dur. He texted with a smirk, he looked at Jay who was tossing sticks into the bushes for the dogs to chase after. He knew Jay hated talking to people, but her siblings.
Nemo was dressed in a jacket, no shirt on under. It wasn't zipped up, since it was a rather warm day. 56 degrees. Which was what he considered warm. He had on black shorts with two thin red stripes. Scot called his dog then looked at his watch. Only 10. 2 hours before the bar opened. He loved drinking, it was his Irish nature. He was used to getting drunk, then the next day going to school.

The phone vibrating in her chubby hand, she brought it to her face, squinting too see the text, she always used reading glasses while reading, but didn't grab them. She gingerly read that text. The field? Huh.. She thought exiting into a store and shuffled through the clothing rack. She didn't want to go walking, and end up in a rout, because she decided to travel through a field, in high heel boots. She wrinkled her nose gently grabbing black skinny jeans, a bloody red ripped shirt, skater shoes, a studded belt, a hair band, and a hair tie. She grabbed black, red, and white bracelets, with one little studded green one. Paying for it, she disappeared into the dressing room. The blonde walked out, her hair pulled back and her bangs pushes back with the hair band, snuggling back into her ruby red jacket, wlaking towards the field, throwing her clothes that she had picked out for the day onto her lawn as she passed. They where still neatly wrapped up in the back.
Dylan's blonde hair was curling into one bug, curl, in the pony tail as she pushed onward. Her name, always hidden, are neatly showed. The black ink was curving with cursive letters to make out a word, 'Dylan', printed on her pale neck as she walked foreword. She rubbed at it gently, sighing, right next to it was a red rose, bleeding onto the words. She thought it was a cool idea when she was sixteen, but now she didn't even want it anymore. She saw the bar in front of her and she picked up her speed, turning towards in. Her blue eyes blinked, her make-up dark to bring out their iciness. Walking into the field, she blew a bubble, her eyes laying on Nemo.
Dylan rolled her eyes playfully passing him walking to Jagger, and Jayce. She waved smiling gently brushing her hair to the clean side of her neck, where the tattoo didn't lie and twirled it around her finger gentle. "Hey Jagger, Jayce." She said in her soft gentle voice leaning over on a tree stump, peering at them with her long, thick, coal black eyelashes. Glancing back at Nemo, before her eyes stroke back to Jagger and Jayce.

{ - Full - Name - } Addison Erin McCarthy { - Nick - Names - }Addy, Ada { - Gender - } "Female.... Why would you even ask that? Can't you tell?"{ - Age - } "I'm twenty years young, thanks for that... Random question."{ - Orientation - } "Ha, last time I checked, I was strangely attracted to men. Or is that odd? Nope, I don't think so."{ - Basic Description - } "I'd usually tell you to open your eyes and look at the pictures above, but hey, I'm in a good mood. I'm blonde, yep, most definitely blonde. I have blue-green eyes, although sometimes they tend to look brown, in pictures, that is. Maybe it's the lighting? I dunno. Anyways, I'm 5'6, a shorty, compared to most people I know. Oh, and I'm about 140 pounds. I also have a few piercings and tats here and there..... And that's about it. Do you think that's enough? I really don't think that there's anything else I need to mention..."{ - Personality - } There are many ways to describe Addison... Mostly, she is a very saucy, hotheaded girl. In a good way, I guess you could say. She is generally very kind and fun to be around, especially with her playfully sarcastic tone and witty comments, and is a great friend. She loves to help others out and gets along with almost everyone, unless they really tick her off. Getting in an argument with her can be a real pain in the behind; she is quite stubborn and huffy when she's angry or just plain out upset. She can pout and sulk around, or just constantly disagree with you, purposely trying to get under your skin. Other than that, she can throw insults around like bullets, when she's angry, as well. She usually doesn't get anywhere near that, and she's usually pretty calm. A lot of people would think otherwise from her tone and commentary, but it's just how she is. She's a huge flirt, and is constantly head over heels for guys she really likes. One of her largest pet peeves is when another girl gets in the way of her flirting or relationship. She hates the giggly, bubbly, hair-twirly girls that guys seem to drool over, and is most definitely not like that.
She has had her heartbroken many times, and regrets the past sometimes, but she's still brave enough to try love once more. Or however many times it takes until she finds that special someone.... She's also very confident. She could fall on butt in public or dance purposely in the rain, a smile on her face the whole time. She's honestly not afraid to stand up for what she believes in and pick a bone with someone she has issues with. She is pretty environmentally friendly, meaning she believes that animals shouldn't be slaughtered or shaved to be worn or eaten by other people. So by now, you've probably already guessed that she's a a vegetarian. She's not really a 'hippy' though, with dreadlocks and peace signs. Although, she does like peace signs; she just doesn't wear big, tacky peace sign necklaces around her neck and start protests in public; sure, she has her opinions, but she's not exactly considering going out into the world and holding up a ridiculous sign that'll get her arrested. Just... No.
She can be a bit hypocritical at times, and she knows it, but sometimes she just can't help it. Someone may do something that really annoys her, and she may tell them to bug off, even though she may have done it a few times in the past. Or even constantly without realizing it. She can get irritated quite quickly; some of the smallest things can get under her skin. She usually calms down quickly, but can hold a grudge for quite a while.
So yeah, Addison is pretty complicated. Pretty unique. If you wanted to put in shorter terms, she's a go-getter. Not afraid to stand up for what she believes in. She's not afraid to speak her opinion, or even get involved in something that's not her business. Did I mention she's pretty nosy? { - History - }"Oi vey, all these questions, and now you want my HISTORY? Yeah right...."Her history is about as complicated as her personality.... And not many would be able to define what I just said. Anyways, it all started out when she was around the age of 8; her mother died of brain cancer. She'd been in the hospital for about a month after she unexpectedly collapsed in the supermarket, on a regular, Sunday evening. They rushed her to the ER and found the cause had been emitted from her brain. They had said the cancer was acting fast, and she wouldn't survive more than two or three months. Apparently, they had been wrong. Addison and her father were devastated, but since Addison had been so young, knowing her mother for only 8 years, she hadn't been nearly as depressed as her father. Sure, she had cried for months on end, maybe up to a year, but soon after all her tears had dried up, she realized she couldn't do anything about it, and it was time to accept the fact that her mom was gone.
She was still highly depressed, thinking about her mother everyday and wishing she was still with them. But her father was worse. He began drinking, doing drugs, locking himself in the basement for hours on end, not letting her know what was going on. He usually came back out looking bloodied and cut up, and she could only guess what he was doing in there..... Wasn't it bad enough that he would go out every night and not come back until the next morning, still drunk and stumbling around like a blind monkey. She'd always have to lead him to his bedroom and tuck him in, making him sleep nearly all day to wash away the alcohol. After a while, he got abusive. And this went on for years. Until she was about 16. She could never tell why he couldn't just accept the fact that she was gone, and sure, live with a little pain, but tone down the drugs and other substance abuses.
When he abused her, he would hit her, slap her, making her sleep outside in the below freezing weather with nothing but a small rag of a blanket. He would take away her computer, phone, and TV access for no reason, sometimes. Just because he felt angry, like he needed to take it out on someone. She would always have red marks and some bruises from where he had hit her. This all made her very angry and rebellious; it wasn't her fault that he couldn't get a life. Meet new people. Just get over it. So one night, she had enough. She packed her bags, while he was out at the bar getting presumably wasted again, and left the house. She had her own car, luckily, and drove off. She just drove off. She eventually found places to temporarily live, or camp out, or something like that. Of course she still managed to drive to school from wherever she was saying, but she always seemed to be on the move, as a 16 year old girl couldn't buy an apartment, and she had no friends or family that lived in the same state.
She soon found a homeless shelter specifically for teens, CPS approved, and started staying there. Luckily, they delivered bus service to each and every school that each teen went to. She didn't really make any friends or anything though; she mostly kept to herself, stayed hidden. The years passed by quickly, and one day she found herself celebrating her 18th birthday with her homeless acquaintances. It was a shame they had been so kind to her, like supplying her with food and presents and a party area; she just didn't feel as friendly towards them.
The last few days she was there, packing up and ready to start a life on her own, she was delivered a particularly large letter in the mail. It had turned out to be a scholarship to a college in Ireland! She had been so excited that day that she packed even faster, buying plane tickets and leaving two days from then. She had gave all of her somewhat friends a hug goodbye, packed up, and headed to Ireland. Here she is now, at a new college with a fresh start.{ - Best Friend - } "Uh, I wouldn't exactly say I have a best friend... But if I had to pick someone that I got along most with, I might go with Natasha Kingsley."
{ - Crush - } "Well.... Let's just say I have my eye on someone."{ - Date - } "I regret to inform you that I'm currently dating... Nobody."{ - Kids - } "Hahaha, pardon me while I go LOL."{ - Other - } I read the rules. All of them. Hardy har har.
Is this form colorful enough?

Nemo smirked, watching the rather hot blonde walk towards them. He knew her very well, he even knew where she lived. Come on, they have lived here for a while. He thought they were just great friends, he wouldn't really plan on dating her any time soon. Oh, thanks for ignoring me too! He laughed, walking over to the three, three? Whow as Jayce? Crazy girl.
Jagger rolled her eyes at Nemo, then turned to greet 'What's her Face' Yeah, Yeah. Who's Jayce? She smarted, looking at her older brother who was standing behind her a couple feet and checking her out. Nightmare sat at Jay's side awaiting for her to throw the stick. Cookie sat on the other side, trying to avoid the large German Shepherd Puppy. Her arm lifted into the air and tossed the stick to the left of her, another place where bushes surrounded them. Beyond the bushes were a beach, yet it was too cold to go swimming, and too early. Nemo went around Dylan towards Jay and stood by her. So, what is going on? Haven't seen you in a while. He asked, not really making eye contact, truth was, he was kind of scared of her. Even though he would throw some good jokes at her, or just some random flaws that weren't true when she was in the room just to annoy her.
Nemo scratched his back and looked around the field, kids starting to pile in and have pick-nicks, or just to play some soccer. He looked around for someone else he could talk to, someone other than a girl...

'Sometimes you wonder if this fight is worthwhile
The precious moments are all lost in the tide'
I walked along the sidewalk facing down as I walked. It was a nice day, a slight breeze, not like the billows of wind that pushed against your face. I stopped for a second in the middle of the sidewalk and rummaged through my bag. Where were my fingerless gloves? Through all the rumbo jumbo I found in my black bag, my gloves appeared to be at the very bottom of it, covered from all this candy, money, etc. that filled my bag. I pulled my fingerless gloves on, the warm leather from the heat of my bag hit my hand. It was like a sun beam just shining on you. I almost started walking, but I stopped again with such short notice, I almost hit the person that was walking behind me. I didn't give an apology or a look, I just kept minding my own business. I fished out a stick of tropical fruit gum and popped it in my mouth. The flavor tasting dingy but enticing. I started walking again. I passed a bar. I was tempted to go in and have a beer or something, but then I just kept on walking.
I reached a field that was dripping with morning dew. It was wet, but the green still held its place. I looked over and saw Jagger, Dylan, and this guy's name- Nemo right? I slowly walked towards them, my DC's slushing against the ground. "Hey." I called out. It wasn't particularly loud nor was it particularly quiet. It was probably a little louder than my normal tone of voice. I walked slowly towards them and stopped when I was at least a little more then a foot away. I glared at Nemo's wandering expression which told he didn't want to hang out with his sibling or her friend. I didn't really know these people. Sure, I've seen them wandering around together, and I had had a conversation with one of them before, but I still felt quite out of place. I watched as groups of kids came together to play soccer and how their parents watched adoringly. Truth be told, I was envious. My parents were the most terrible parents in the history of parents. Sure, food was provided, but getting beat up? Child abuse. I just wished I could've reincarnated into a better child in a better family. But without any doubt, I felt happy for these kids for some reason. Maybe it was because they had something I never had. But wasn't I supposed to feel angry? Or bitter resentment? But I felt happiness towards them. Wow. I never knew someone like me could ever give away happiness or encouragement.
